I bought these shoes because they were recommended for front foot strikers, but not pleased. Overall shoe is confortable, but not for running as the front of my forefoot begins to hurt immediately

I ordered the very same sneaker as the one I am currently running in - just a different color. The new pair arrived way too big. With the current situation it's impossible to buy sneakers locally so online is the only way. I have run through my current shoe and desperately need new sneakers. I'm disappointed that a new shoe of the same model and size runs so off. Bummer.

I ordered a 1/2 size up and they were too small and too narrow. Sent them back immediately.

I hate them for the same reasons listed. Been buying the Gel-Nimbus model for years and they keep getting smaller and more narrow with less cushion. I gave them one last chance with this purchase but I'll go with another brand next time. It's honestly disappointing.

This version of ASICS are not for me. I had immediate discomfort in my feet and knees just walking a couple of feet I tried for 3 days and it didn't get better over time. If I can't walk in these I know I can't run in them. I'm flat footed and I know this shoe is supposed to assist with that but the level of discomfort in my feet and knees is not worth dealing with.

I loves my ninbus 20s. They were the only shoes I found that helped with my constant heal and Achilles pains. I completely wore them out and orders these to replace them. When these arrived I was so excited and thew away my completely worn out 20s. After walking in these for a week my heel and achilles pain is back. I wish I had not throw away my 20s! Even with almost no tread left they were so much better than these. :(

This is a huge let down. I've been wearing ASICS for all my life, more than 25 yrs. I recently purchased gel nimbus 21 and gel cumulus 20 which both specified it had gel cushioning pads in both rear and forefoot and always did for years. I've been running 12 to 15 miles on these new shoes and I was having lot of pain in my forefoot which I never get on these runs. I was wondering why the shoes felt so hard in the forefoot. After checking them out more carefully, I realized there are no forefoot gel pads in the shoes. If they have changed it, they should say it in the shoe specifications. Both cumulus and nimbus DO NOT HAVE forefoot gel cushioning anymore. I wish I checked it sooner to return it but its too late now. When you see these shoe specs now, it still says rear and forefoot gel cushioning system. Well, it might be time to look for other shoes.

Like many others, I have been a loyal ASICS gel Nimbus wearer for years. I had seen other reviews and simply hoped they may still fit my feet better than others were reporting. Alas, everyone is correct. I may try another ASICS variety but I’m definitely breaking up with the Gel Nimbus and maybe ASICS as a whole. I’m so disappointed

ASICS would not publish my review! Obviously, they do not want people to know the truth. The ASICS Gel Nimbus 21 has no gel, no cushion! These shoes have hurt my feet like no other shoes. Let's see if they publish this review!

I've bought Asic's Gel nimbus for years now and this 21 is a COMPLETELY new shoe. No cushioning, hard sole and inflexible shoe. I wore them for a few weeks and both my knees started hurting. I am so disappointed. I think I am moving away from Asics from now on.

Unfortunately, this version of the Gel-Nimbus are very stiff and uncomfortable. Previous versions have had a lot of cushion but these are so bad that they made my toes numb and knees ache while wearing and running. Literally feels like planks under your feet. They run small as well and the shoestrings are weirdly short.

ASICS is my go to footwear, because I wear orthotics. I was disappointed and had to send this pair back. When I put the orthotic in, my foot wouldn't go in, too tight, so I had to return this pair

What happened to the cushion? It was there in the Nimbus 20; now, it's gone. Just gone.

I always loved Asics but they're making them more narrow now. If I buy wide shoes I expect wide. What a waste of time. I'll never buy Asics again. Returning these.

I've owned 6 pairs of Asics Nimbus, two of the 17's and four of the 18"s. I stocked up when I read the reviews on the 19's and didn't buy more. It looks as if Asics still hasn't gotten the message with the 20 and 21 models. Why are you insistant in making a lousy shoe now? Bring back the 17's or at least the 18's. The 17 was the best!!! Down hill from there.

I have always worn Asics size 8 reguar, but this 8 is too short, and too narrow even in Wide. The sole is hard, and the arch seems to be in the wrong place, probably because they're too short. I'm desperate to find new running shoes but these aren't it.

I usually love the Gel-Nimbus and have had many pairs. What I especially love is the cushioning they provide. I don't know if there is something wrong with this pair I bought, but they are hard as a rock. There is ZERO cushioning except for an odd pocket of cushion under the forefoot. So disappointed. Wondering if I should try again or if this is how their newer model is?

I have been wearing Nimbus for several years. When the new ones come out, I try them, but I have not found a shoe that I like as well as the 18. I bought the 21 this past summer and I hate them! I went back to an old pair of my old 18's that I had saved. They are really too worn to wear, but are still more comfortable and stable than the new 21. I have tried to find another pair of the 18 but of course it is impossible.

I've been wearing Asics GN for years, I think I started with 17. The difference between the GN 20 and 21 is noticeable. Unfortunately, the GN 21 is less supportive than the 20 with less cushion and overall feels hard and flat. Asics have always run small for me, I usually wear a 7.5 and need an 8.5 in Asics, so that was no surprise, but how uncomfortable they were was a surprise. I hope the 22 is more supportive. I returned them.
