I love these boots! Immediately comfortable. I stand all day in my job and these were perfect from the moment I put them on. Really cute.

Seems there will be a very small break-in period but really love these shoes.

The boots are true to size, but a little loose in the heel. I will need to wear them with socks and around the house as another review mentioned. I really like them and love that they are suede.

Comfy and Cute

This shoe is adorable. I was looking for a leather robin-hood-y type of ankle boot to wear with skinny jeans and these are so perfect. I love the distressed look and the strappy leather embellishment. The leather straps are tied a little tight, so even though there’s a zipper to take the shoe off, if you squat down it will stress the thin straps and maybe break them (I read in another review about the straps breaking immediately)… I highly recommend loosening them right away, I did this and it feels much less likely to tear now. They definitely run a little small, maybe about a half size. I normally wear an 8.5 but usually size up to a 9 so I can put in my own thicker, supportive insoles (I have narrow feet, high arches and am prone to plantar fasciitis), but I also wanted room for thicker socks for fall/winter and had read these run small… I ordered a 9.5 and they are absolutely perfect. I had read reviews about a loose heel but I didn’t notice that in the least. With my own insoles they are so comfy (there’s no arch support otherwise) and the footbed is nice and flexible too. This is a very well made shoe and I imagine it will last for quite a while. I had read in another review that they stretch out a little, so we’ll have to see about that. If so I’ll probably just add another thin insole underneath. The more I’ve worn them in the past couple weeks the more comfy they are. Highly recommend!

I'm usually a 9, and these are spot on. I have high arches which is a problem with boots sometimes but not these. Easy on and off

These boots are SO comfortable. They look good with jeans or a dressy outfit.

I ordered my normal size (8) and they fit good with a very thin sock. If I wanted to wear a thicker winter sock, I would have had to go up a half size. Width is good, very cute and pretty comfortable right out of the box. I assume they will be even more comfortable as I wear them. Quality and workmanship are good.

Cute boots but a bit too casual for what I was looking for. I wear 8.5 and ordered that size but they were too small (in the length) with very thin socks.

I haven't worn out into the world yet. The fit seems right on. I've walked around in them with thick sox and thin sox and do not get the heel lift problem, even tho this is sometimes a problem for me. Very casual, very comfy insole, funky rather than polished. Just my style.

This was not available in wide width so I am stretching them out a bit so I can wear them comfortably. Otherwise this is a good looking shoe with great style!

Comfortable from the first moment I put them on!

I am enjoy ing the boot. I have to wear orthotics so i have to get a larger size with a removeable intersole. The leather on the rear side of the zipper curls. Thats the only issue.

The fit & width seems pretty spot on. The heel slips a tiny bit, but I'm wearing size 9.5, so it's not a big surprise. The 9 was a bit snug, so I exchanged for the larger size. The shoe is extremely well made, beautiful suede & gum sole. It can be adjusted slightly with the ties, but not that much. The tan is a beautiful, soft brown

These booties are beautiful but just a tiny bit small for me. I will exchange them for the next size up, hope they work. The quality is great, they seem very well made & the tan is a beautiful color. My heel was not slipping, as other people mentioned.

These Born Tarkiln ankle booties are so cute! They are very comfortable and the fit is perfect. I bought them in Navy Blue and I love them!
