I love the look of these, and they would have been perfect expert they are too small. Unfortunately I need an 11.5 and it's not available. Other than being too small, the arch was supportive and the side zipper made it incredibly easy to take on and off. I'm so disappointed that I can't wear these!

Love the style of these boots. As with all Zappos orders, it arrived promptly. I have very high arches so the roomy heel isn’t a problem. I’m also prone to plantar fasciitis and these boots provide ample support. Gives me something to look forward to when we have to give up these warm summer days.

I know I don't need more shoes . . . but I wear ankle booties the most - and when I saw these I couldn't resist. Truth be told, I have never owned a pair of Born shoes, and these are really comfortable. I did order my size 7 as recommended, and found them to fit perfectly with a thin pair of socks, which concerned me because Fall is right around the corner and I plan on applying some weather-proofing spray and wearing thicker socks. So, I returned for a half size up, and they are super comfy now and my feet will be warmer and happier with thicker socks! Yippee!

These are cute comfortable stylish chuka boots. Had to exchange my regular 9.5 for a size 10 to be able to wear socks. As noted in other reviews, toe box narrower fit than heel but they do not slip on my feet. Looking forward to wearing with my jeans this fall!

Highly recommend this brand- I have several styles and each one including these are really comfortable and quality made! Always receive compliments when I wear them. My only drawback is with this color … it definitely is more brown and not grey. If your looking for true grey this is not it.

These are amazing! So comfortable - yet breathable. They never get too warm even when indoors. Tested in harsh conditions at the Grand Canyon - highly recommend!

Very comfortable! I like that you can adjust the heel width by tightening the straps. They have become my go to boots for everyday wear.

I love these boots. I wear them almost everyday when the weather turns cooler. When I first got them they did try to pull my socks down so I just worn knee socks. Now that they are completely broken in and shaped to my foot, I can wear almost any sock with them. My heel does lift in them some but I don’t even notice it anymore. I am thinking about getting another pair but it seems like the latest batch are running small so maybe I will wait. I don’t feel like dealing with returns.

These boots are wonderful! The gray has a little brownish to them, a warmer color which I like. The cushioning inside makes me feel like I’m walking on a cloud. There was no break in time at all. I wear them with skinny jeans so far, but I would also wear them with a long skirt. They are very rustic. I’m so glad I got them.

I was really hesitant to try these because I wear an 8.5 wide new balance, I bought a 9 and I’m really pleased, they’re warm, comfortable and they fit me very nicely! Only thing is getting used to the back being softer so I have to hold the back up to get my foot in but I’d definitely recommend and buy another pair

The cutest shoes I’ve had in years. I love these- bought the green and the color was exactly as shown. The toe box is narrower than I expected but so far walking around the house there’s no problem. Unlike other reviews, I have no problem with the heel - rides up a bit but I don’t think I would notice it if I hadn’t read the reviews before hand. These are a KEEPER!
