I have ordered another pair same size fit perfectly.These Did not fit at all.

I had a pair of Wendy and they wore out in about 6 months, I loved them so I tried to find them on the website and all I could find was Wendy Linen and these are not near as comfortable. Feel like they weigh more

I loved these and was so excited I found them in my size, so I hopped on ordering them. When they came they were the wrong size and of course they were out of the size I had ordered. From what I could tell they were super cute and were going to be very comfortable. The lack of effort/concern put forth by the customer service was a little upsetting too. I handled my return by myself before hearing anything in response to the issue.

My shoes came without the patch at the end of a shoelace. I emailed 4 times about an exchange or if they could send me the piece and got no response. I just decided to return them because it was no longer worth the hassle. Theyre always out of stock of my size as well so I will not be buying again.

I cant give an accurate review. I bought the shoes for my wife and they were too small. They are being returned so I can get her the proper size.

I love Hey Dudes but these were such a horrible color. Been waiting over a week now for a return slip and still nothing.

Ordered these in the same size I got my last pair in recently, and was extrememely disappointed when they were too small.

I love the shoes but I got a pair for Christmas I needed to exchange for another color. I have sent three or four emails trying to get a return. I finally just ordered a new pair but I still have the pair that I dont like the color. I dont know what to do.

Shoe was to small and to tight.

I purchased a size too small so Ive sent 2 emails on returning them but no one will return email! The one star is for the customer service, not product!

I needed a new pair of causal work shoes and thought these would be comfortable. Nope. These shoes lack any type of support.

Very disappointed they came in a generic box not the Hey Dude box like a new pair. Very disappointed!! Would really like the original box mailed to me!!

The shoes I purchased were to small. I have sent 3 emails about returning them to get pair that fit, with no response from customer service. Very un professional on your behalf. I have returned the shoes, I'm just waiting on verification from Postal service that you have recieved them . I have included pictures of the shoes compared to another size 10 hey dudes to show difference in size. As stated in other emails either send me shoes that fit or reimburse me the money I paid for them. If I continue to have no response I will file complaint with BBB Ray Starkey

I haven't been able to try them yet. You sent me the wrong pair and haven't responded to any of my emails about fixing the problem

I ordered the Wendy Linen and was sent a tracking number. The tracking was never updated whenever I checked so I finally called Hey Dude Customer Service. Unfortunately, they had not ever shipped the shoes (only created a label and tracking number) and they were now out of stock. I got a refund which I appreciate, but what a crappy thing to happen to a customer. SO disappointed.

Shoes were too big for a size 8 but too small in a size 7 so I was unable to keep either pair of shoes

I still haven't received the order. I ordered December 13. It's now January 5. I have sent various Emil's to customer service and no responses to any. Very frustrated by the company.

Well since Ive emailed your company three times to return a pair of shoes that were too big and then bought another pair to replace them. Then you sent me the wrong color shoes so now I have two pairs of shoes to return and nobody has responded to any emails and my kid still doesnt have the shoes promised to her. Im not happy. I just want to return the two pairs and get the correct shoes that I paid for please

I ordered on-oline on December 14 and do not have my shoes. One day processing is a joke! I have live chatted (but it was a robot) numerous times. Your message about everyone is out making shoes and cannot be reached mid-morning is a bunch of crap! I am not impressed with your customer service because there wasn't any! I certainly hope that this isn't how you run your business on a daily basis.

Most comfortable shoe ever .

I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. They are to small, so I am sending them back.

They came in later then what they should have and run small and not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

The shoes are super cute but unfortunately are to big. Ive worn an 8 my whole life and this is the second pair Ive bought but cannot wear because they are way to big!! Disappointing!
