The shoes are all too big, one pair was never sent; impossible to get someone to return an e-mail. Other family members ordered them as gifts and none of the shoes fit for the size each person wore. Never buy them on-line again, horrible customer service.

gosh, i wish i knew how they fit, the comfort all that fun stuff, however....my dudes still have not arrived. Per an email i received from the USPS they are in KS right now. While they are being shipped to MO and started out being shipped from MO, they have been to MI and now KS. You may reconsider using the USPS, had i known it would take this long, i would have paid for the shipping.

I was charged for my shoes 2 weeks ago and received an email they were shipped but the tracking says USPS is waiting for the package. When I email them I only get an auto reply that their inbox is full. Read Facebook comments they are taking in a lot of money but not shipping and no contact.

Incorrect size. Would like to exchange to correct size of 9

Love the products, hate customer support, contacted them multiple times about returning a pair of shoes and never received a response. Wanted to have the new pair in before Christmas, but the original pair took 2 weeks to come in after I was originally told it would only be 3-5 days. Really dissatisfied and disappointed

Literally took 3 weeks to come in! BUY THESE IN STORE. Absolutely do not buy them from this website. Also says they run half a size big so size down. I wear an 8.5 religiously in ever shoe Ive ever bought. These are to small. They are packed up to be returned. Hopefully it doesnt take 6 months to get refunded.

My wife and I ordered several pairs of hey dude shoes for Christmas presents this because we love the comfort of the shoes . We have bought from other retailers in the past but this year we ordered directly from HEY DUDE . We received partial order and have tried to reach customer service on multiple occasions with no response . We still have not received one pair of the shoes from our direct hey dude order . Its really a shame bc the shoes are great but the service sucks !!!!!

Terrible sizing - think positive reviews are fake or they got free shoes out of it. Not worth the money at all... customer service sucks

The return process is so hard to figure out because it didnt come with any paperwork to explain the return process And the sizing to big.

Stitching coming undone and melted plastic on shoe.

Overall just not well made. The sole on the shoe was messed up on the toes prior to wearing. Fabric just feels cheap and already creasing after 2nd time wearing..

Were ok but ended up returning them I am pretty sure I filled out everything right for my return and I went ahead and sent them back but have not revived my money back its been a while now two so wondering whats going on but not sure how to contact anyone

I received a completely different shoe. It wasnt the Wendy and it definitely wasnt gray. As I was going out of town that same evening and needed some shoes to slip on for traveling, I kept the ones that were sent to me. Cant review the Wendy because I never received it. The ones I received were very comfortable however, Im just not big on cheetah print.

They are comfy at first however with in 2 days of limited, indoor wear (I work at home)they felt flat and worn out. I would not spend the money on them again.

I like the shoes but customer service sucks. My first pair I ordered were too big so I requested a return label (twice) and STILL haven't gotten. Guess I'm stuck with them. The shoes are pretty cheaply made for how expensive they are.
