Shoes are great.....but they couldn't tell us when they shipment was coming in. They magically appeared on the doorstep one day. So, I honestly reccomend getting them at a mall or outlet store.

Very uncomfortable, very light which was nice, the package was just a bag not a box which I didnt appreciate because they were kind of smashed.

Ran way too big , ordered normal shoe size and foot was flopping out .

Was not cute material was shiny and kind of hard

Very uncomfortable. They do not have enough support for my foot. Not worth the hype.

Bottom of shoes are ruined after 2 short wears for traveling. Disappointed and won't be purchasing a new pair.

I normally wear a size 8.5. I ordered an 8 and it was too big. Since there was no half sizes I ordered a 7. It was too small and the right seemed smaller than my left. I was very unhappy with customer service, not with this return, but with my sons defective shoes. He received them as a gift for Christmas and when he took them out to wear them this spring the threads were coming out from the top and sides of the shoes. I took a few pictures and submitted an email asking for an exchange. They refused and said it was past warranty. I explained that we live in MN and that he had not had a chance to use them until now, and noticed the strings. They were rude and did not offer any resolve. In the last email they stated that the shoes were worn! They clearly were not. My son is 11 and very disappointed. I will never buy Dude shoes again.

Love the show, BUT after multiple attempts to get new insert with no luck I am very upset and doubt I will ever purchase again

I would love to review these but we still have NOT received them, 4weeks later! This is the 4th pair we have ordered in 2 months and the only pair we have had issues with! Help!

I love my Hey Dude shoes, however I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for customer service to reply to my emails inquiring a problem with my most recent purchase.

I was very excited to receive my order but when they arrived, they were already scuffed and had black marks! I've written to customer service and not received an email back after a week.

Need to return can't wear too stiff

The shoes are great but I paid for them to be delivered 2-3 days and didnt get them for 13 days.

I ordered a pair of Wendy Linen shoes (Chambray Navy/White in a size 11), and when I got them, they were a size 8. I am sending them back. I didn't see it when I ordered the first time, but every time I tried to order them in a size 11, when I got to my shopping cart, it was switched to a size 8. I am not happy about this at all because it shows they ARE available in my size, but yet it switches it to a size 8, and they don't show you a color chart to pick from either. I have a pair of Dudes that I got for Christmas last year and I love them, but this pretty much ruined it for me to try and order any more.

These shoes I ordered are defective. I cannot get a hold of the company for an exchange. I have emails since the day after Christmas. I cannot find a working phone number.

Would have been great if you sent the right shoe. I kept the shoes you sent for me because it was too much of a pain to send back. My husband had the exact pair you sent him so I had to send back. Very annoyed.

Worse pair of shoes I have bought there.. would not recommend them to anyone.. I had some other pair very comfortable although padding dont last long. Terrible For the price..
