The shoe was smaller than the size I usually experience when ordering shoes from Zappos. While it is a nice looking shoe, I was disappointed about the fit.

I apparently cannot wear this shoe from LifeStride and must return them.

I had originally ordered a size 7W. It was just too tight in the toes. Zappos makes returns so easy!! I then ordered a size 7.5W in the navy, tan, and black. I was so disappointed that they still did not fit. There was some space between the back of my heel and the shoe. I tried using a heel wedge, as I really, really wanted to keep these shoes. The heel wedge did not work. The back of my foot still slipped out when I walked and the shoe would gape open on each side when my feel came up. I am so sorry to say I just did not feel secure walking around the house in these shoes. If I could just stand in one place and not moved I would have kept them. I just returned them today. Thanks, Zappos for great customer service and your patience!

Had the same issue as many others where the shoe hits a spot/bone on the pinky toe and is painful.

I only kept these because I needed something in a hurry. They're a little wider in the toe box than most wide width shoes, but they still have snug toe. They look like they have arch support, but they really don't. The insole isn't removable to use an orthotic, either. The insole is cushiony but I wondered if my toes would have had more breathing room with less cushion. But the real killer is they're wide in the heel, and unless you stick some remedy in the heel, your foot will slip out when you walk. Why these manufacturers put all of the width in the heel instead of the forefoot, I will never understand. Finally, when I logged in to do my review, I saw that the price went down since I bought them. Not a great feeling, Zappos. Not a great feeling. I think I just need to shop somewhere else.

Just couldn't keep this shoe on my foot, didn't matter what size/width combination I tried - it simply was made too shallow, and with the cutout sides, there simply was not enough shoe to stay on, let alone protect or support! The style was very attractive - but if you can't keep it on, that doesn't matter much.

I wanted to love these but they were too narrow for me -- and I got the wide width! I do have wider feet but the wide version of these shoes were not very wide. Plus the tops of the shoes pressed into my feet. I knew I wouldn't be comfortable wearing them all day, walking around the office.

Pretty shoe, but felt like a vise. They are very stiff and tight across the toes.

LifeStride is just not the shoe for me. These shoes were not the type of width I need. I do not have very wide feet, but these shoes were very tight for a "wide" shoe. I do not recommend them for anyone with a wide foot.

The banding along edge really dug into toe box. not very wide. too bad. seems like nice padding for comfort.

Ordered 8.5 Med width, my normal size. These don't have much arch support, and feel tight around the ball of my foot and toes. Uncomfortable... not sure if a wide would fix the tightness issue. But I recall now having a different pair of flats from the same brand and they had similar issues. Sending back for a more serious shoe I can wear all day to work!

These fit and they're cute! But as other reviewers have said, the shoes are too high on the side, just below the ankle. Every step rubs directly underneath the ankle bone, making the shoes unwearable. I tried a medium and a then narrow, hoping that the smaller width would reduce the ankle pain. But the narrow was worse.

I have a wide toe box. Even though I ordered a Wide shoe, it wasn't wide enough and created rub marks on the sides of my toes.

Extremely uncomfortable. They design cuts into your feet in odd areas.
