The shoe is attractive but did not fit well. I got a 9M and the sides of the shoe splay open when walking and even standing (see photos). The outside of the right shoe rubs my ankle bone and it hurts. I wish I could send them back but already wore them.

I really wanted to keep these shoes - they're very comfortable and I love the way they look. The only problem I am having with this shoe (and another style by the brand) is that the heel is just too wide. With each step, the shoes slide off my heels. My feet tend to be a little wide, but i had this problem with the medium width shoe.

Super cute shoe but cut into both my heels to the point i needed bandaids and also pinched my little toe.. all after just an hour. Sadly i will be returning.

Ok so here it is. The Good: Universal style that looks professional and casual at the same time. Cushiony footbed. The Bad: As a person with flat feet this was not very supportive, but the description of the shoe does not advertise extreme arch support so you know what type of shoe you are buying. The Ugly: I have the right size, but after a long day they start d to dig in my heels( ouch) andy feet wanted more support. Overall, I am keeping them because they do exactly what I bought them for. I bought these shoes to stay at work amd only to be worn at work. If you have feet issues you won't like walking with them on hard surfaces like pavement very long. They are a good shoe to slip into to look nice and still be comfortable.

Loved the styling and trim on these shoes. Lots of room in the toes make them very comfortable. Unfortunately, the seam on the side of the shoe just below the toes hits my foot on a bone making them painful to walk in. Will probably return them.

Cute shoes and filled the bill in every way EXCEPT...my tailor’s bunion on my right foot was screaming for mercy after wearing the shoes for about an hour. Perhaps because that is where the decorative inset was stitched or because they are not leather, there was absolutely no give there.

Very nice leather shoe, looks so nice for a casual dress with your Sunday morning Church outfit. Fits true to size and the most comfortable fit "right out of the box" I have had in a long tome. No break-in time required. The navy is a gorgeous deep rich navy and the snake skin accents really set them off. I would give them 6+ stars if that were an option. If you have any feet issues, I feel confident this one will work for you.

I've been wearing these shoes on the plane for 12-14 hr a day and my feet are still feeling good at the end of the day!

THIS IS THE ONLY FLAT SHOE THAT IS SO COMFORTABLE. RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, I WALKED ALL DAY RUNNING ERRANDS, BEST FLAT AROUND. GOOD LOOKING TOO.

Serviceable black flats for a job that involves a fair amount of walking around

I really wanted these shoes to fit! The length and width were perfect, but the side of the shoe rubbed on a bone on the side of my foot just ahead of my ankle. I'm sure they would be a nice shoe to have for casual wear if someone didn't have my weird feet.

These seem to run a little wide, but super cute shoe!. I am returning these and (hopefully) ordering in a narrow width.

I liked the style of these, but the fit was “off.” The width was slightly narrow and the high back cut into my ankle. These would probably work better on a narrower foot.

I was very impressed with how comfortable this shoe is and how well it fit my wide 8 foot. Glad to see it comes in other colors as this will probably be my go-to shoe for the year!

My mom likes this shoes. She said it feels so comfortable. I wish this shoe style also comes in smaller sizes too. If it came in size 4.5 I will order one for myself too. Perfect for business casual if you don't want to wear high heeled shoes or want a more comfortable pair of shoes with a decent style.

These ran really large and I wasn’t crazy about them on. Nothing bad really, just not for me.

I was so excited to find these shoes. But the medium, my normal size, was too wide for my foot and gapped on the sides. So I ordered a narrow, which fit great except that where the front of the shoe joins the main part there is a little bump inside the shoe, it must be the seam, and that bump hurt. I sent them back.

Great looking shoe. Size runs large. Ordered a full size smaller to see how is fits.

All round these are serving me well. However I probably should have ordered a half size up ONLY because I am on my feet for five hours straight and my feet swell. I may do just that ….. place an order for the increased room.
