I really wanted to like these shoes, I've been looking for comfortable dress shoes forever. But the heel kept slipping when I walked. And the front of the shoe dug into my foot when I walked. So back they went. Really love Zappo's return policy.

The N AA still to wide for my foot - slipped off my heel. Sad to have to send them back.

Cute and I hoped to buy this in several colors. Unfortunately it was very tight across the top of the foot. I expected better quality, when I had them on the beige lining showed above the sides of the shoe and it looked sloppy.

The heel area felt lose, the toe box felt squished. Returned. I bought 8 W

This shoe is so cute and versatile, I was excited to make it one of my daily pairs. But upon arrival I was so disappointed. Even though I ordered a wide, it was still too narrow to even put on. Customer Service was great and exchanged them for a size up, but still too tight. Like others have said, these dig in right in the big toe joint and still felt like they were a size too small. I would recommend these if your feet aren't actually wide, but you just want a roomier pair of flats.

Nothing wrong with the shoe, it is really cute, it is just my foot. Even though it was wide enough across the metatarsal area, the toe was not wide enough.

I ordered these shoes and tried them on immediately and I was disappointed because they were too small & tight. I normally take a 7 1/2-8 W but I usually order an 8W. I felt they were a little too short and too tight for a W. They are stylish but they are going back :-)

The toe box on this shoe is very small.

I wanted this shoe so badly. Unfortunately, it hit a bone on the outside of my foot to the point where I thought I’d get a blister, so I had to return.

The look and feel and fit of the shoe would be perfect if not for sizing. So wide and long (I got the regular width) that the shoe came right off when I walked. I am a regular size 8 and purchased the 8.

Liked the shoe, but the arch area bowed out alowing the inside of the shoe to show.

The styling of this shoe is really nice and the color is very good. However, the toe box is really small lengthwise. When I would step and my foot would bend, the toe box would pinch at the top of my toes. I do have high arches so maybe that is the problem but the entire area where my foot would bend felt like it was in the wrong place. Otherwise the shoe felt pretty true to size along with the wide felt pretty comfortable.

I love the style of this shoe but it doesn't come in my size (10.5) and the wide is not wide.

This is a pretty shoe. For my foot, it just pinched too much across the toe base. Couldn't tell if it were too short or too narrow (even tho' wide size). So returning and ordering a different style. . . But a cute shoe!

Let me first say I am hard to fit - wide arthritic toes w/ a bunion on one foot; narrow heel; and unstable ankles. This shoe is very pretty. The leather is great, and the style is classic, and the insole is very comfy I am disappointed that I have to send them back, because they cut into my foot just above the toes, and they are too wide on the side. The heel also cuts into my heel. The navy color is perfect - not too bright - very neutral.

This is such an attractive and functional shoe that I was very disappointed that it is much too wide for me to wear. I've worn LifeStride before and never had this problem so not sure what's up. Hate to have to send it back....

Felt a full size too big so I had to return it. I normally wear a 6M.

Ordered Wide width (C, which was the widest offered at the time) - not wide enough. Could be shoe, could by my foot; but I am guessing that is what wide width is for that shoe. Needed to return and order a different style shoe to get the width. Liked style, selected moderate arch support, but wasn't able to wear long enough to get a good feel. Also selected true to size; ordered 9s.

Really wanted to like this shoe but it pinched my foot really badly just below the little toe (both feet). I wear a 10 wide, and that's what I ordered and received. I really thought, given the shape of this shoe's upper, that I wouldn't have any pinching issues. Not so. I might give it a try with an extra wide if they have it.

These shoes were so big, I ordered a narrow and it was more like a wide fit. It also looked like someone had already worn them

I have a very wide and flat foot. I couldn’t make this work for my foot, it’s definitely not wide enough.

As many times as I have tried to love these shoes, they are very uncomfortable. They cause blisters on the back of my ankles every time I wear them and have even had then rub through bandages used to prevent blisters!
