I wear these at my retail job where I'm on my feet 7 hours a day. They keep my feet from crying at the end of my shift!

It is comfortable shoe to wear when it is cold outside.

Had bunions with previous shoes Doctor recommended wider shoe instead of operation. No need for operation.

It's my first time purchasing this model. I purchased them in size 13 extra wide, and they fit exactly as I hoped. With an odd shoe size, it's nice to have a comfortable and still stylish pair of shoes. I'll continue to be a NB customer as I have for the past decade and continue to recommend them to others.

I use to buy the former #409 shoes and found they have been discontinued. These shoes were recommended and I have to say they feel great. I highly recommend them. The only issue I have is you are limited in color selections. It would be nice there was a bigger color spectrum.

I love them. I work in a warehouse on a concrete floor and these shoes are so comfortable!

I wear this shoes every day. They are multi purpose for walking and hiking.

This is the third pair of his type/style trainer I have purchased from NB over several years. I kept buying them because they wear well, are extremely comfortable and are a great fit. (I have a difficult time finding my size and NB always has it, ( So why change now!) They were delivered timely (as promised). The only problem was with the delivery company. The day they came it was raining heavily.. The box was left on the steps to my house completely exposed to the elements. There was no knock on my door or the doorbell being rung so I had no knowledge of the delivery . Have no way of knowing how long the box was there. Needless to say when (by sure coincidence ) I saw it, the outer box was soaked and literally fell apart when I picked it up. The NB box was only slightly wet. Regrettably I don't know or saw who the delivery company was. Just thought you should know!

Shopping for shoes that fit has been a life long struggle. I've purchased these before but have tried other brands. I keep coming back especially when I found white on white which I never saw before. I appreciate the wide, but I don't recall seeing extra wide which tells me it's new. I think what happened is they needed two wide sizes making regular wide a little smaller which they feel smaller, next shoes I will get extra wide

I where these daily and love the fact that they keep my feet warm in the winter.

I've been wearing NB shoes for many years. And I just got two pair for Christmas, and the company was willing to give a refund and a credit because one pair was late. As soon as they showed up I told them and thanked them.

I use these shoes exclusively for in-door dance and aerobics classes. I had a previous pair that I used for years, and these seem just as comfortable and supportive!

I'm walking after recent total knee replacement surgery and these NB shoes are great. I purchased the wide version and glad I did. I find walking is great for recovering from the surgery and these shoes are helping me do just that.

I always buy new Balance because of my wide feet. They seem to fit pretty good. First time I ever bought online without trying them on. Only thing is, time is the best teller on product quality so I can not vouch for that yet.

I've been using this model shoe for at least 10 years for my three to four times per week 3-6 mile walks. The shoe holds up well and is very comfortable for my very wide feet. The v5 is no exception. If fact, it feels more supportive and comfortable than my last pair.

Bought these shoes for my husband for a Christmas gift. I thought he would put them away and pull them out when he needed them. He put them on right away and has wore them ever since. He loves them.
