I love the products New Balance offers, I have worn them for years. they are like an old friend, always comfortable even after five miles on the trail. I am living in a small town where they are not available at any store here, so I went online to order. Take note, the whole process was very easy, user friendly site, navigation was a snap. Delivery was quick and free, 4 days. However my problem is the sizes run a little small. I wear a 13 and they were very snug and I know they would not stretch, so order a size larger. I even considered maybe my feet grew a bit, but all my other shoes still fit. They included a sheet of paper in the she box, simple instructions to go online and print a return address label which I did and dropped off at UPS. They have contacted me by E mail to let me know they are processing return, and I should see my refund on my account within 10 business days. I did ask if they could not refund, just send out a new pair in a size larger and was told no, they were not set up for exchange, only returns so please re order. I will re order as soon as I see refund because I do not want to go down that rabbit hole of chasing refund for the next year. So all in all, yes, do business here, great shoes, great company.

Purchased the black leather 608v5 because the gray version I also own is comfortable and quiet. The black leather version squeaks very loud when walking on hard surfaces such as tile or wood. Silent as a lamb on carpet but really noisy on hard surfaces. Called New Balance they don't have a fix and won't replace the shoe. Recommendation: Don't buy the black leather version.

Goes with khakis, brown and beige work clothing and super comfortable all day. Also can walk after work and still no foot pain!

I love them. I wear braces on my feet and I needed a shoe that would fit and they are perfect and look great!

This is my 2nd pair of the 608v5 shoes. They are very comfortable for walking on hard surfaces and provide good support.

I currently own a 624 and an older pair of 608 (not v5). Both of the my current shoes are still being worn, and doing great. This pair (608v5) is replacing a New Balance walking shoe which did not provide much wall support (it was a mesh top). Also the sole was separating. I will use these shoes (608v5) for working out at home, walking on the treadmill, and throughout the house. Support seems good and it provides a reasonable amount of cushion.

Wear all day long. Walk in them outside. Very comfortable and excellent fit. Wish these came in navy and dark gray. Love dark colors

I have a pair that are loosely strung to slip on and make quick trips outside. A pair that I use to work in and a pair that are nice and clean. When the work shoes get worn they graduate to the slip ons and the new ones become my work shoes and I buy a new pair.

I have two complete knee replacements and an ankle fusion and the new balance 608 shoes are my go to for complete comfort and balance

I was looking for shoes like my New Balance 840's which I find so comfortable with plenty of give for my hammer toes. The problem is my feet get too cold on long walks with the 840's in winter. These shoes are great - warm with VERY soft suede that don't rub on your toes at all.

The shoes were exactly as expected. I am very happy with this purchase.

I walk between 40 and 50 miles a week. Comfort and stability in the sneakers.

Really good shoes, I've bought about 6 pairs now. Great for work, the gym, or casual wear.

I have used this sneaker for many years and I love the durability and strength of this sneaker. I am disabled and with constant 24 hour sciatic nerve pain in my left leg, I have trouble tying my shoe. I use a long shoehorn and slide my foot in. The backing holds up well and the comfort of the shoe allows me to move around easier than other shoes I've tried. I'd highly recommend this shoe

They are very comfortable and have lasted over 3 months. Very impressed. 8.5 Med is the same as 8.5 Med everywhere else.
