Customer Reviews New Balance 608v5

I have been wearing NB 608 shoes for over 15 years. I am so disappointed in the newer version. I have an old pair of the 608v2 and the soles have held up on them so much better than my 608v5 that I purchased in February. I have heel spurs and my Podiatrist recommended these shoes to me. They don't hold up like the older versions do. Just so disappointed you pay for may more than you get in quality.

Should have gotten two pairs of these shoes. New Balance is all I ware, always good quality and true to size.

I have not wore them tried them on seem to fit but have other shoes your brands always fit

So far, my shoes are comfortable on my feet. I wanted to purchase a pair of just the 605 tennis shoe, but can't seem to find them anymore. Due to Hurricane Michael, we no longer have a shoe store who carries just the plain 605.

Got 2 pair of New Balance flip flops yesterday. They arrived really fast & fit perfectly, as do all of my New Balance shoes. Most comfortable flip flops ever!

You're not going to find anything better for the price. Fit is exactly as advertised., and I like the all-leather version of this shoe

These New Balance sneakers are super. They feel and look great. High quality. I couldn't be happier.

I don't live in New Balance sneakers. I also own several pairs of New Balance walking shoes. I've worn other brands I like pretty well, but I've also worn some I didn't. Wore one very popular brand for a month and had plantar fasciitis for 6 months afterward. Not saying it was a bad shoe, just not suited to my feet. 623s are my mainstay, thought I'd give this model a try. So now I have two mainstays. I like the consistency of the brand--so far, if one model feels good, every other style in that size has also felt good. I'm not giving up my regular retailer, but buying online is also a nice convenience.

These shoes look good,and feel fantastic. The width makes for comfort , while the support makes walking a pleasure.

I usually get the 608v4 but it's was discontinued so I tried the new 608. The toe box was too narrow and I was not comfortable with the insoles. The D width was fine in general but not in the area of the toe box. I really miss the 608v4.
