very comfortable from moment I slipped this shoe on. Nice comfortable support especially in arch . Great for trail and road walking

I ordered 608V5 in my usual size, 8 1/2 Standard, but the toe box is too short (my toes touch the front of the shoe) and narrow, very tight across the width. I like the shoe, but I don't know whether to order a 9 Standard or 9 Wide. \_()_/ Suggestions?

These shoes have a amazing fit, amazing feel, super comfortable, will buy more.

I use these for general purposes from work in a school to athletic activities. They look good enough to go out in, and are functional enough to play in. I like the wide toe box. I modify them for orthotic fittings, and this shoe works.

I've been advised to wear New Balance as they have a larger "toe box". I wanted to try the leather cross-trainer for more support and perhaps longer wear for aerobics classes. So far they are comfortable, supportive and not at all stiff. I sized up to 8 1/2 to accommodate orthotics and they fit fine.

I always bought NB sneakers. Last time I could not find in my size and style at store. So I bought the pair with the swoosh. Not as comfortable. Lesson learned.

I have been wearing the 608 for about ten years, and it is by far the best cross trainer and walking shoe. Great support and cushioning make it perfect for just about anything. I also appreciate that NB is the only company to offer widths. I am a 6.5 2E, and so this shoe is perfect for me. No break in period required. Comfort right out of the box.

I use this style of New Balance shoes for walking and biking. They offer good support and stability. The only downside is that mud and small rocks get stuck in the treads, and so you track them into the house. I have to remind myself to take them off upon returning home.

I use these shoes for my daily walk. I have wide feet and have to use custom inserts and these fit perfectly.

Used for casual wear ,walking etc .Shoes are the wide version & fit well . Like that they are not made in China , not USA , BUT still a plus not from China !
