I have been buying NB 608 for a few years. I ordered a new pair in my regular size, 10W, and when I tried them on I thought I'd ordered Men's by accident. I checked the box and the inside label, they were indeed Women's. I have no idea what is happening to the quality control of NB with these new versions of their older styles. One shoe even felt larger than the other. Returning and hoping for the old fit when the next version is introduced.

I bought a wide and they were very comfortable and even after wearing them the first time I played 3 hours of pickleball!

I was so disappointed in the fit of this shoe! The 8.5 was too long and so big, it slipped all over my foot. I exchanged them for an 8, but that pair was so short, my toes hit the end of both shoes. Too bad — it’s nice looking with a trim and sporty profile. Oh, well, I’ll just have to keep looking.

I have bought several pairs of these shoes over the years and they always fit great and feel wonderful. Please keep making them for years to come!

Heel too wide. Toe box too narrow. Not much arch support at all. So basically did not fit my feet. Very pretty shoe and wish it had fit.

I’m so disappointed. I’ve worn 608 from the beginning, yes I’m older. They felt short in the 7.5 my toe hit then end and was afraid the 8 would be too big. New Balance is the ONLY sneaker I wear. I always have 1 pair in reserve and I’m about to wear them. I wish I had known the 608v4 was being replaced as I would have purchased more. Too bad companies don’t ask customers.

They did not have a number on them i ordered 608v5. NO NUMBER on the sneakers. Fake

If it was fine In the fit, the chunky styling on my narrow feet was not to my style, so sent back.

LOVE THEM! Stylish, comfortable and a great price. What else can I say??

i LIKE THIS SHOE, BUT AM A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT THE STITCHING INSIDE. I HAVE AN OCCASIONAL TOE PROBLEM AND WONDERING IF THE STITCHING INSIDE MIGHT BE BOTHERSOME BY RUBBING. IT COULD BE SMOOTHER INSIDE. .

Fit, width and quality are all very good, as expected. Have bought similar NB before. Prompt shipping.

This 608v5 shoe is MUCH better in fit and support than some other styles of New Balance I have tried ---after wearing 608v1 and v3 in the past multiple pairs when working as a medical professional standing /walking/ on my feet all day---the v2 and v4 revisions were not good for me.....so I tried other styles of New Balance which also were NOT good for me. Happy to get this pair now. I wear 8.5AA size --not so available or popular with arch support needed----which limits the shoe choices in a reasonable price range.

I've been wearing NB 608 for years. I try other brands, but always come back to these. They've changed over the years, and I liked the old ones better, but they still beat any shoe I've tried.

Happy barista here— good support, simple style, I like the all black color, and most of all am glad that my feet & knees aren’t in pain after a long shift like they used to be when I was wearing other shoes. Happy with this purchase.

This shoe was just too stiff for me. The ankle collar came up too high and felt like it might be a problem. Cushion felt good. It also felt a tad short.
