I have been looking endlessly for a training shoe that I can wear during my HIIT workouts. Need stability and cushion without too deep of a heel bed. As soon as I saw these, I wasn't a fan of the style in person, and the toe was unusually narrow. I had a hard time putting my foot in them so they went right back in the box. I found Asics gel that I like better, sothese are going back.

These are amazing! As soon as I put them on I thought they were the most comfortable leather/pleather tennis shoe I've ever worn, and two hours of tennis later, I am sticking with my assessment! I will definitely buy these again and again....

Unfortunately these had to be returned. The right shoe was smaller than the left even though they were marked the same size. This rarely happens with New Balance.

I really liked the shoe at first. It was comfortable, looked professional and was light. After a few days of wearing them they began to irritate the side ankle bone since the side of the shoe comes up a little high. Sadly I had to return them.

Love that it comes in narrow width but runs a full size small. I wear an 81/2 N. Had to order a 91/2N.

Wow. And not in a good way. I've been wearing New Balance for 20 years and the quality/size consistency has really gone downhill. I normally wear a 9.5N but have been ordering a half size up the last couple of years. As soon as I opened the box I thought, "These look kind of small." I could barely get my feet into them. I seriously doubt that my feet have grown a full size in a year, especially since my old New Balance shoes still fit just fine. Aggravated that I'm going to have to send these back and essentially attempt to guess what size I need to order now.

Love these shoes. Exactly as described and perfect fit.

This is my very favorite shoe EVER! Great for walking all over Disneyworld! And they are feminine:)

Wanted a pair of white sneakers that would have enough support for my 4 mile walk.

These are nice running shoes. But my big toe was very close to the front of the shoe, which might not have been a problem if that area were mostly mesh, but with the faux leather I didn't think I could count on any easing or stretching of the fit. After more thought, I decided that a really good fit is SO important to me for my running shoes that I should try them on before buying. I know that Zappos offers free returns, but my personal preference is to try before buying for this type of shoe. I am still very happy with the dress shoes I bought earlier this year - they are perfect.

Perfect- I have purchased these same 608 New Balance for years. Never disappointed. These are the only sneakers my Podiatrist recommends. He says he wears them himself. Most comfortable right out of the box. Love them.

Although attractive, this sneaker in person is very clunky and stiff. I purchased 7W because I have a high in-step, the sneakers run at least a half size too big and VERY wide, my foot slipped out as I walked. I was hoping for some good arch support and fair amount of cushion, they are not.
