These weren't what i was expecting. When you have a larger foot they just aren't as cute. I ordered wide because my feet have been changing but they were extremely wide on my foot.

Selected the Caffe Oleoso, very soft thin leather, overall beautiful boot, reminded me of the 80's style boot just what I was looking for, for my short, chubby no arch feet. For me the toe box was a tad too small and heel too wide. While testing felt my foot sliding forward inside of the boot, figured boot socks would fill in the heel gap and perhaps aid in stretching the toe box a bit, because of the type of leather. I would have kept and worked with boots if there hadn't been so many scratches, dents, dollops of lighter patches of a different color. The biggest difference in color was the side panel on the left boot, the patch holding the zipper and eyelet was a completely different color then the rest of the boot, like the boot had faded in the sun, orangy color instead of brown, going to return. Still Zappos is the best, always wonderful, fast service, thank you!

The style and fit were fine. The leather seemed odd, not polished. I thought it wouldn’t hold up well to normal wear and tear.

The style is very long and pointy which I decided I did not like. Otherwise, the boots were comfortable and cute.

Super cute shoe but runs very narrow.

The wide width was great around the ball of the foot, though the toe box was a little narrower than I'd prefer. But I chose to return because of the ankle. It hit at an awkward place, not high up enough to get tucked under pants hems / tuck pants hems into boots, but still high enough to cause pants hems to bunch up oddly at the ankle.

These shoes are so comfortable and everything about them felt so right out of the box, but the top is attached to the sole using glue, and they have not done a great job, as previous reviewers have mentioned too. For this price I think it’s fair to ask for a better quality. So sad that I have to return them.

This boot has very very thin leather sides and a stiff inner layer that was very uncomfortable to me. I have never worn construction like this in a boot or shoe before. I suppose it could be broken in with time, but unlike other reviewers, these were not comfortable to me out of the box. I've posted a picture of the construction. The leather outer is thin enough that I could probably pierce it with a pencil. If I found a boot like this in a store, I would not have even tried it on. I wear boots for walking: I wouldn't want to worry about snagging it on things like sticks (on trails) or wires (subway) as I wore it.

The fit and width was true to size; the leather was very soft. I didn't like the pointed toes and found some stitching pulling where the shoe was attached to the sole. I returned them.

Such a major disappointment. These boots are beautiful and the leather is unbelievably soft, but the W is absolutely nowhere near being a wide.

The toe box is tapered and narrow, which I found odd for this style of boot, but mostly very uncomfortable as it squeezed my toes together. There is little support in this boot. The leather's not bad but the workmanship is; the stitching across the toe is very uneven. The insole is padded foam sewn in an unusual pattern, which only adds to the tight toe box, and it's unremovable, so there's not much I could do with it, and my orthotics wouldn't fit in the tapered toe anyway. Not a lot of cushioning other than the foam insole, which I suspect would compress in time.

Looked good and felt comfortable at first, but the soles seemed too thin to provide long term comfort and support. Returned them.

I ordered a Wide, and these were not wide! Had to return since my feet were stuff into it and bulging over the edges at their widest part. The uppers are very thin and flexible leather.

These were very comfortable and had lots of padding on the foot bed. But…the leather was very thin, and none of the eyelets are reinforced. Even though these boots are cute, I could see them falling apart soon. I ended up buying the Comfortiva Elsberry - well-made, just as comfortable, but not quite as cute.

I ordered a Women's 8 Wide (D). They were so narrow and tight. I've worn regular width shoes with more room than these. Do not buy if you need a typical wide shoe.

These are very narrow and very pointy, so there was more than 2” off shoe beyond my toes (I have pretty rectangular feet), so they looked comically long like clown shoes on me and felt weird when I walked. It’s really too bad, since they are cute shoes. Also had a removable memory foam insole which I’d get for ppl with orthotics.

Beautiful boot, however the left one has a defect, making it very uncomfortable. Returning them and reordering. Love Zappos for this :)

I have skinny, bony feet so I was a bit shocked how tight these were. I also wasn't thrilled with the pointier toes reminded me of a very old style.

I could barely fit this shoe on my foot and had to return, unfortunately. I bought my regular size as well. I would try to go up a size, but it is not available and looks like this shoe is going to be discontinued because the supply is so low. It's too bad because I really like how the shoe looks and I wish I could wear it.

the first few days of wearing left my feet feeling worn out and in pain. the "memory foam" insert is not as comfortable as you might think, and just walking (a lot) left me wishing i had worn other shoes. Even worse, the 3 days of walking (normal wear) left the shoes looking haggard. They look like they have been worn for over a year. Pros are: the style is quite gorgeous (before the destruction by normal use), the width was good for wide feet, and the return policy on Zappos made it easy to return without issues. Worth trying out, but im sad to say they didnt work out for me.

The color was not as pictured. They were more grey than blue. I returned them the next day.

Cute boot. The leather felt very thin and I did not trust the shoe to hold up to any wear and tear. So I returned them.

So very narrow. I've never had an issue with width before in any footwear. Even with the laces loosened as much as possible, the boot was uncomfortably tight, and I was rather surprised I could even get my foot in at all. And then with the top laces as tight as possible, the ankle was looser than I'd like. I order size 8 in closed shoes and boots because I like to be able to wear a sock and still have some room. In a sandal, I wear a 7 or 7 1/2, depending on coverage. The length of the 8 seemed appropriate (maybe a bit long), but that is the narrowest B I have ever encountered. I returned and considered the wide, but it was out of stock. There are not that many navy boots to choose from, and this was the only style I really liked.

Oh, so narrow! I have never felt the need for a wide shoe or boot, but this baby is incredibly narrow. I tried to order a wide but it said it was out of stock. Plenty of room in the toe. Super cute, but unless you have a very narrow foot and a wide ankle, this isn't going to work. I loosened the laces over the foot as far as I could, and after zipping, tightened the laces at the ankle as much as possible, but the foot was still too tight, and the ankle was too loose. Sadly, not the navy boot I was hoping for. : (
