These boots are beautiful...but...the leather is so thin, so thin, that I'm afraid I'm going to rip them putting them on. It's that thin (very soft though!), if these were only lined...it's very odd, especially for the price.

Too loose. Did not support my foot.

I have a wide foot. I love the feel of the boots and I wanted to love them. But, they're still too narrow for me.

Not a wide shoe.

This is for Size 6W. I previously purchased a size 6 medium. Even though they are about a year old they feel a little narrow and other reviews state the same. So I thought I would try the wide width. They are no different than the medium. They feel the same and if you hold the two widths up to each other there is virtually no difference in the width. Strange. So I returned

Boots are cute but expensive and they are not for all day use. Material (leather) is soft but very thin and I don't think it will hold up very long. They felt good when I first put them on, but after wearing them for a few hours, I regret not sending them back.

These fit ok and I like the green color. The problem is that with only the wear of being shipped in the box to a few different customers, they already looked old. The leather is clearly very delicate and they aren't worth keeping.

I wanted to love these boots for their soft leather and style. Unfortunately, for me, they were very uncomfortable & caused foot pain even when trying them out in my own home.

So beautiful! But no support whatsoever, so am returning. Narrow toe box.

Fit was a little loose. Design is great but material is SO cheap! I was desperate because I love the design and really needed a new boot. Like everyone else had mentioned, the leather is very thin. I've paid less for better quality. This is my biggest complaint about this shoe. Other than that, the sole is flexible and really comfortable. I love the ease of getting in/out of this shoe thanks to the zipper.

The shoes fit well and are lightweight. The color more gray than I expected and there appears to be a dye stain on one of the shoes. I'm sending them back because they do not match in color and they are not the color I was hoping for.

The leather is buttery and flexible. Over the long term, I’m not sure this will make for a very hardy shoe. Stitching was missing over areas as long as a 1/2 inch, and the sole appeared to be unglued in one place, or maybe just unevenly attached to the upper. Al that being said, the color is fantastic with jeans, and the cut is flattering.

I wanted to love these boots. They are really beautiful but despite trying two pairs, I could not get the right fit. They are very narrow and an 8 Medium was way too small but a 9 Wide was too long and still too narrow. 8.5 was not available but I still don't think they would have fit properly. The leather was very soft but it was also quite think. I think these will work well for some and they are a very pretty boot. Just didn't work for me.

The first pair I ordered my usual 7.5 in a wide width. They were beautiful but extremely long on me so I reordered a 6.5 w. That boot fit well but the leather was marked/ spotted on one boot and the trim was not cut well. It was a bit ragged. This was too bad as the brown color was gorgeous and the leather very soft and supple. I returned them.

The boot has a very comfortable foot bed with moderate arch support, but disappointed it is more medium width and not a true wide (C) width. It felt true to foot length. I will return.

Very soft, comfortable boot that looks extremely awkward on short people due to shaft height. This ankle boot makes my legs look short because the shaft is too tall. Really wanted to love these boots because of how comfortable they feel, but it just looks bad. For reference I'm 5' 3". Also agreed with several of the comments mentioning expecting better quality for the price - the stitching and sole construction/how it attaches to boot is worse than I expected.

I purchased these because I was looking for brown boots for winter with a bit taller shaft than some ankle boots. I could not find a single pair anywhere that were a 10 narrow. I ordered these because several of the reviews said they ran very narrow, and also because I could lace them up tight and possibly get a little more toward narrow that way. It worked. Of the three pairs of 10B boots I tried, these were the only ones that did not have a sloppy fit on me. I removed the insoles and added my orthopedic inserts and liked the fit even better. The biggest drawback for me with these Comfortivas is that the leather is very thin, not nearly as nice as the other two brands I tried. I think these might look sadly wrinkled and seamed by the end of the season. The other problem is that , living in Michigan, I knew these woud not keep my feet dry for the six months of slush, rain, and snow they would have to endure. To help this last issue, it has always worked for me to apply a good coat of mink oil to my boots. I really liked the stylish red-tan hue of these boots, and I knew the mink oil would change that forever. In the end I decided to go for the good fit, and took the plunge with applying the oil. Yes, they went way dark -- more of a medium brown when dried -- not as cute, but not that unattractive. I also had to order laces which are 12 inches shorter since I was lacing them so tightly. Now, after all these fixes, I only hope the mink oil will keep them from soaking through, and that the inferior leather will not rip or show every scrape and bump. I will say that I am glad these close with a zipper, as I have seen that there are still some boots out there that you have to lace and unlace every time you pull them on. I don't think the holes the laces go through, with no grommet or anything, would stand up to that.

The size 10 in this boot is a European 42, size 10 is usually a 41....so, exchanging for a 9.5 B width...returning a 10c width. It was so wide I have a hard time knowing anything else about the boot.

Nice looking boot. One shoe was more broken in than the other so they felt uneven. That's why I'm returning.

They are advertised as being very comfortable with memory foam and pillow top comfort. Their idea of a pillow must be a thin, flat one. After only wearing these for one hour while standing, my feet felt fatigued and achy. There is hardly any cushion under the ball of the foot - you can feel everything. The cushioning is thicker where an arch would be, but I wouldn't call it an any kind of support - it doesn't rise up to meet your arch and there is no contouring to that arch. I have a moderate instep, and their cushioning left a big gap between it and my arch. I wanted to love these booties - the styling is lovely and on point - but they are just too uncomfortable to sustain for longer periods. Hard pass & back they go to Zappos.
