These are very comfortable, lightweight, and stylish. They look so dainty and feminine, as a boot, even for me they're just very slim and minimal without feeling narrow on my foot which is a size 10 and somewhat wide. I ordered my true to size fit.

These are the MOST comfortable boots that I have ever worn...right out of the box!!!

Love, love love these! Glove soft leather. Easy to put on with the side zipper. I wear a 9W and ordered a 9W. I found the heal to be a bit wide for me but, with heavier socks, was perfect. These will be some of my favorites for years to come I'm sure. I do wear an orthotic arch support insert but had no trouble fitting them into this boot even without having to remove the insole. Very very comfortable!

This boot Is beautiful! The leather feels like fine glove leather, it’s so buttery and soft. This gives it a dressier feel. There’s ample padding inside, an unusual boot feature in my experience. It seems like it would be comfier than typical boots. Much to my dismay the wide is on the narrow side so I had to return them. Sigh. I recommend them if your foot is not wide.

This is a comfortable boot. The laces help with customizing the fit. My feet are Wide maybe even DBL wide. This is an out of the box review. I haven't worn them out. I'm going to order the next size up to see what is best for my left very fussy foot.

I ordered this in 9 1/2 W even though I normally wear 9 1/2 M. I was thinking I’d better order up to wide so I could wear socks in colder weather (live in Colorado). But they were too wide even with normal socks on. Sending back today. Already re-ordered in 9 1/2 M. These are beautiful boots. Super, and I mean super-buttery soft leather. Great padding inside, nice low heel, but not flat. Easy to get on & off. Can’t wait for the 9 1/2 M to arrive! I’d say 100% true to size. I can’t speak to how they will wear over time, but unless they fall apart in less than a year, I’d say they are worth the price. They seem very well made, so bet they’ll be durable. The thing I hate about buying shoes is when I find a pair I love and then it's not available once the season is over. This is one of the few shoes I have bought over and over again over the course of multiple years and not only do I still love them, they continue to be available. The other rare thing about this shoe is it is instantly comfortable. No breaking it in. So obviously I'm a big fan. Style wise, I don't love a zipper and lacing together because it's ridiculously duplicative, but the shoe has been good to me so I'm not going to complain. My only other complaint is because the leather is so soft, the durability is not quite there for the price.

Wonderful little boot, very soft, flexible leather, and also lightweight, runs just a tad too large. Exchanging for a smaller size!

The leather is pretty thin (toe and heel have extra layer of protection) but everywhere else the leather is pretty thin for a boot. I feel like I have to be gentle pulling them on. Because the leather is so thin though, it means they are super comfy because there is absolutely no wearing-in process at all! Super cute too, they look very dainty. The tan suede is a lining layer, but otherwise the brown is all just one layer of that thin leather.

The leather on this boot was buttery soft and it looked very well made. I wanted to keep it, but I had to return it because the fit was off. The width was true to size, but there was way too much room in the toe are (too long) and it looked odd on me. The width was on point but the length felt a half size too big.

These boots are really stylish and very feminine, yet still have a bit of a combat boot feeling. I've been looking for a boot like this for years, and will keep them. They are super comfortable! The brown color is beautiful, and the laces can adjust the width of the boot for someone with narrow ankles like myself. I took off one start because of the quality of the leather. I had to return a pair and ordered a second one before I found the quality acceptable. Some parts of the booth are super thin (I've never seen leather like this before) so I'm not sure they'll hold up well. But I kept them because of the style and will be careful putting them on and off.

I ordered wide with but too wide. A review said they ran narrow. I ordered a 7 & it was too narrow.

I have only tried on these boots and they seemed comfortable based on that. The leather is very soft and there seems to be true padding and support of the footbed. I did not give it all 5 stars because I ordered the blue ones and they were really not blue and all. More gray than anything. A little disappointed in that because I thought an alternative to the usual black/brown/gray winter boot would be fun but I didn’t get that.

I've had these boots for about 2 years now. They scuff pretty easily, so it took a little awhile before they settled into looking intentionally worn. The leather is very soft and comfortable to wear. They aren't warm, though, so thick socks are a must if the weather is cold. They're my go to for work and for travel because they're comfortable to walk around in, look good with most clothes, and are easy to take on and off because they zip up. They've even been unintentionally soaked in heavy rain a few times and are still holding up.

I usually wear sz 8...ordered these in sz 8.5M. They are very tight with a boot sock. They are very narrow also. I love the style and know they will stretch out with wear so I'm keeping them.

Nice shoe. True to size. The leather is definitely on the "thin" side. I usually purchase Pickolinos, but I couldn't find anything close to this style. Not sure how long they will last, but time will tell.

The were perfect, but run a but big. I ended up ordering another pair in 7.5 from another vendor as Zappos did not have my size. Love the one's I kept.

Leather was very soft appears to not need alot of breaking in to feel comfortable.

A beautiful boot, soft leather, very comfortable. I saw another review where the woman showed pictures of it tearing....I can see how that would happen if you don't loosen the laces and just try to unzip and pull it on. The softest leather is in the zipper area and it would tear if you tugged on it with any force. You would want to unlace it each time you put it on, that's why I gave 4 stars not 5.
