I have a narrow heel. My solution for these shoes and others I have bought, is to buy Dr. Scholl heel grippers. this usually solves my problem, and I am hoping that will be the case with this purchase.
I love the color and the fabric. Looking forward to wearing them once I deal with the heel problem.

I have narrow foot - this was narrow in toe box but way too wide in arch and heel. Sad, TOMS must have changed slightly bc I had pairs from a few years ago I love but have t found any new ones to fit in two years.

I love Toms shoes; not just because they are cute but because the company is socially responsible. I have purchased their Avalon shoes in wide before and have worn them to death. Since I couldn't find many options in that shoe I tried this one. Sadly, it is way too narrow. I wish Toms would carry more wide selections. Girls with wide feet want cute shoes too!

I have many types of TOMS, love them, BUT my last couple purchases I have been trying to just get a pair of original canvas. All I get now are ones that are stiff and give me blisters. Where are the soft ones ?

I have worn Alpargatas for years. This is the first time they are stiff and painful to wear. Fabric feels like cardboard not soft material. Very disappointed in the changes that were made.

I generally am a Tom's fan, but not this time. I wear size 9M, but this shoe runs wide. It gaps on both sides and my foot slides around.

I have been wanting a purple pair of Tom's for a long time. But these are not the Tom's I've come to love. I have 8 pairs that are in constant rotation, all size 10. The Eco style fit is nothing like my others. Too big, too stiff. Guess I'll still be waiting on a purple pair.

I bought the wide widths since all others are too narrow and these are the still too narrow. I can wear kids sizes but never any new styles that are cute. Also wish they would bring back orange.

I had purchased a pair of Alpargata loafers at a brick and mortar store and lived them because they were so comfortable. I was hesitant to buy another pair online (because you never know). Unfortunately, the canvas shoe felt a little tighter than the others I bought and was cutting into the top of my foot. The 'canvas' felt more like burlap . However, I couldn't return it because I missed the return deadline. The other two Alpargatas I bought with this pair are a perfect fit and comfort level

Disappointed that they feel loose on my feet, but it was only really apparent after wearing around for a day. I'm very consistently a 9 for all shoes, and have even tried on Toms in a 9 and they felt right, but this pair doesn't fit well. It's also oddly looser on one foot (and that is traditionally my "larger" foot anyway!). Seem like poor quality, or just a pair that didn't have good quality assurance. I wish I could return them for a half size smaller.

This shoe swallowed my foot. I would not have been able to keep them on. I usually wear a 12 M and it was huge. Had to return. I didn't have them on long enough to notice the arch support.

I bought this style and a pair of slippers for my husband for Christmas. He is a size 10.5 and I purchased size 11. Both are too small AND since they are were on sale we are unable to return. Very disappointed.

The canvas is tough, unforgiving and delivers a miserable touch to my feet. I have worn these shoes for years, and until this order, the shoes have fit and felt perfect to my feet. Sad to say it is time to give up on Toms.

Was not allowed to exchange for a bigger size. Size says 8-8.5 and I'm an 8 but couldn't even get my foot in :( super cute waste of money
