I read that this shoe would help with planters fasciitis. But, I found no support or comfort for my heal. But I love the leather and the look of the shoe. It fit true to size.

These boots are so cute, but I agree with the other reviewer who said they will eat your socks!! I tried two different pairs (thin and thicker) and both times the socks scrunched down to the toes after a short time walking in them. I'm hoping they work out better with tights. I would try them out for a bit inside before keeping them. The sock problem is really annoying!!

So close... I've worn Born boots for years and generally love them. I have several foot issues and I'm finding I can't wear narrower/pointy toe boots anymore so was happy to find these with their more rounded toes. The wider toe area width was comfortable and made the boots very tempting to keep. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the boots off without the insoles coming out. Bare feet, different sock thicnesses, didn't matter. The insoles either came out all the way or tangled up and I struggled to get the boots off. I like removable insoles because of our rainy weather but I also like them to stay in the shoes (where they're supposed to be); this was insane... I returned the boots. For anyone comparing styles: I tried the Brenta in the same size and they were way too small - despite the insole issues, at least the Cove felt true to size.

I was looking for a replacement Born bootie and this looked similar to the Born that I currently have which is a size 6. This fit more like a 7. Had to return.

I have successfully worn an 8 in Born. These are a bit short. They are also slightly wider than my other Born shoes. The comfort level was ok but I admittedly have troublesome feet.

Like some other reviewers have said, this boot pulls socks down and off the front of my feet, quite a feat. Never had this experience before. Also, the boots seemed stiff and my feet felt way too warm in them, even with just cotton socks. They were tight in the toe box. I love the look of this boot but had to return them.

I was hoping these would look as stylish as Born Veronas, also a Blund knockoff. But they make my feet look big and the gray suede is meh-looking.

I didn't love the fit or style of these and returned them for a pair of Tevas with more of a heel.

These run small - I own many Born boots and these are too small. It felt like I needed to size up 1 size.

The first time I put them on, the back loop ripped off.

Hard to put on and the upper part is uncomfortable against leg. Most boots this expensive have soft lining that hits the leg. This does not.

They fit well and were super comfortable, but only once I could squeeze my foot in! I had to return these because my sock got a wedgie each time. I want warmth, so socks are a must. I'm sad because they looked so cute on. I wonder if the ankle portion would loosen up with wear? I can't afford ($) to take the chance though, so back they go.

I ordered these in a size 8 to accommodate my slightly wide foot after reading the reviews. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in boots. They were about an inch too long and still too tight. I had to return them.

I typically wear a 9 to 9.5. I ordered the Born Cove in a 9.5, which was a bit long, but would allow for thicker socks. I have wide feet after wearing Berks for thee years, yet these were snug but comfortable. The reason for the low review? The arch support bump is set so far back in the soul, it actually hits the front of my heal. I have found, when some shoes are made outside the US, the manufacturers can figure out how to lengthen the shoe, but leave the arch support where a smaller size would be. This is the worst case I have ever experienced. Beautiful shoe, but seriously, I do not require arch support in my heal. Going back.

I'm between a 7.5 and an 8 so I usually order an 8 in boots to accommodate thick socks. But these felt a whole size too big even with thick socks in them. The style (kind of faux Blunnies) was what I was expecting and looked really nice, they also looked well made. But the front of the boot hit me uncomfortably too high. I doubt that it would wear in so I'm regretfully sending them back.

size 10 in a size 7 box!

These boots felt great, absolutely no break in time! Wore them around England and France for 10 days, but the first day it rained, water seeped through and my feet stayed wet. I found these boots doing a search for "waterproof chelsea boots" - nothing waterproof about them. I am returning.

I bought these for my trip to Europe. I always love this brand so I just knew they would be perfect. They KILLED my feet and hips. I wore them one day the whole time. I had to wear the other shoes I packed the rest of the trip. Wish I could get my money back! These are awful for walking and standing for long periods of time. I paid full price in good faith…big mistake.

I could not get my foot in the boot as I have a high arch and there was no way that this boot would allow my foot in. I am sad as I love the style of the boot and really need a waterproof boot like this. If it had a zipper then I could have worn it. Too bad

I love these boots! I originally got the brown leather in size 6.5 but couldn’t get them over my instep. Went up a half size as suggested and ordered the suede thinking it might be softer but alas, I’d still need a boot hook to get them on. Once on my foot they were super comfy and warm but I’ll have to return them. So disappointed.

Amazing fit right out of the box! Cute too!

Beautifully made boot. Just didn't work for my problematic feet. So sad....it has to go back.
