Unresponsive customer service.

Great boot. Super comfortable!

Did not try on

Trying to return but I cant get a response re a return label. I have many other Frye products but Ive been disappointed at the customer service for this return.

Absolutely LOVE these boots! Ive worn them a few times for a few hours to break them in and they are fabulous! I wish I could have every color!

Both defective boots are missing nails in the soles. Also the zipper does not zip smoothly. The boots arrived with scuff marks and indents on the soles, which makes it appear that they were previously returned and the company just sent the defective pair to me, the next customer. They are beautiful boots, so I am hoping that this will be made right. I have reached out to customer service before and have never received a respond. I reached out again and am hoping they will answer and fix this. Ill update my review if and when the situation is rectified.

I absolutely love this boot!!! I have the Melissa Stud back zip in wide calf. I thought I would need this one in wide calf as well. I got them and the calf was too wide. After ordering the regular calf, they fit perfectly. I'm in love with the Redwood color. It goes with everything!

My boots arrived with scuffs & marks on the leather, as well as a nick in one of the soles. I reached out to customer service 3 times re: my concerns & never got a response. Gave up & returned them. Got an email days later asking how I'm enjoying my boots.

Love these boots! Dressy or with jeans, look very stylish.

Love the look of these boots, don't love the strong chemical odor coming from them. They do not even smell like leather, just a very intense and irritating industrial odor. I can't keep them. Never had this experience with Frye Boots.

This is a very bad store because Frye sent me two pairs of boots that were worn and used. I never worn used boots in my life. I returned the two pairs of boots but the Frye Company only refunded 237.98. My refund should have been 499.96. Please Help Me, Please Help Me, call 205-454-6560, Reen

Beautiful boots. Very nicely made! Calf area is still a little bigger than I would like. Nice materials overall.

Was so excited for these. When I zipped them up the first time the zipper came right off. Return was easy. Just disappointed that I have to return them and wait again.

I recently purchased a black pair of Melissa boots. I am disappointed as the leg of the boot is way too big. I did not purchase wide leg. Also, I feel that the quality of the boot is not what it used to be. I purchased a cognac pair three years ago and couldn't be happier with them. Beautiful fit and great quality.

These (two-tone brown) boots are so beautiful. The quality is exceptional. So dressy and unique. They fit true to size and width. I really wanted to convince myself into keeping them but unfortunately I couldnt because I suffer from leg/ankle edema and the suede caused discomfort in my leg and the belt area in my ankles. Im sure they can be broken into with use and some cushion insoles would have helped in the meantime. But I cant take any risks with my condition. If you have healthy legs & feet enjoy.

They take a bit of "breaking in," but otherwise, fabulous!

Sorry to say they were too tight on me at heel and ankle. I had to send them back. The dark taupe was like a darker putty color.

I had to order a half a size smaller. I usually wear an 8 so I got a 7.5. They are just what I wanted. I did get the wide calf and they give me just enough room to tuck in my jeans and have wiggle room. LOVES MY BOOTS.
