Returned the 1st pair due to size. I am typically a size, sized down to a 7.5. Fast and easy exchange process. The replacement arrived and fit great. However, QC issues are obvious. The leather insole on one boot was glued poorly (see photo). The leather panels on the interior shaft are cut irregular and jagged. (Did a trainee construct these boots?) Truly disappointed in the lack of quality control. Definitely expected a superior product for the price, or at least high quality.

Purchased these as I was looking for a good all around tall boot, they're beautiful! My foot fit perfectly but I couldn't zip them. I wanted to wear them but the calf isn't wide enough, having only a 14 inch calf I was disappointed that the wide calf option was still too narrow.

Ordered these for my mom for Christmas. The color and style were beautiful! But ultimately returning. Ordered the wide calf - didn't make a difference / the description is not size inclusive. Very sad to return, but I hope the company reviews this and becomes more inclusive in sizes. Thank you!

The boots did not fit well. Medium was not my regular medium, too tight around foot. .Also, the circumference was more like 15+, much to wide for my legs

So disappointed! I bought these boots against my better judgement: after reading the reviews AND the high price tag. They just looked so darn cute...exactly what I wanted. Well...no. :-( First of all, I got the extended calf, which was not at all extended. I knew Frye boots ran small in the calf...but come on...seriously? I'm not really a big girl. Maybe a little muscular in the calves, but.not.big. I'm a solid 9, so I got a 9, and they were way too tight. I'm thinking a 10 would have been comfortable for me. In addition, they were kind of short, maybe a few inches from my knee, and I'm 5'6".However, the worst part is they they looked like they'd been worn! Now I get that if Zappos is going to offer free returns, I may get a returned item, but I certainly didn't expect them to have been worn...especially at that high price. Oh well...I guess I just saved myself a lot of $$$+, because these are going back. Sigh

High quality leather but that's all I can say is good. I weigh 110 lbs and I'm 5' 3". The shaft is really tall and came to my knee cap. The sizing is way off! I consistently wear an 8 M. The foot beds are long and super narrow! I would have needed a whole size down. The ankles are so narrow I could hardly get them on and forget about tucking jeans in! A definite return! I really wanted to like these boots but unless you are a tall super thin person you should forget these.
