THis runs at least a full size smaller

I ordered my usual size 8 and these were so big on me that my foot came completely out when I walked around trying them on - with the zippers all the way up. Returned.

Like another reviewer, I had issues with the heel. I loved the comfort and style and thought I had bought the perfect comfort boot for my needs. However, when I started walking around my home, the heel kept slipping out and it did not fit my heel at all. Disappointing because I really did like all the other aspects of the shoe.

I really wanted to love these boots. They are cute and have a low heel, but the toes were too pointed for comfort. They squeezed my toes so much I knew I would never be able to wear them for long in comfort. I sent them back

Did not even try these on as did not like the look. Too boring and frumpy looking.

I wear size 12 , medium width shoe. My toe box is medium but I have narrow heels. My feet kept slipping out of the boot even with thick socks so I'm sending them back.

I usually order Clarks size 5. But this shoe was way too small. Very plain styling.

The heel was to lose, rubbed up and down as I walked. The ball of my foot was way to tight. Couldn't order a size up as the heel was already to lose.

The fit was fine but the leather on this boot was very stiff and not comfortable.

I wear Clarks in a 7M and have 3 pair of boots with the Addiy bottom. These boots were okay. The front rubbed/dug the front of my leg and would have been uncomfortable for all-day wear. The leather was very nice, and the sole was comfortable and supportive.

These have a very wide heel/ankle area. My heels are narrow and usually slip but these slipped a lot (rise up while walking). Otherwise, they are comfy and great looking.

While the fit in the rest of the shoe was great, the heel was too wide and slipped when I walked.

Clarks Addiy Terri bootie was very comfortable, and although the basic style was okay, the booties somehow just didn't look like much when I tried them on. I returned them.

These were really loose around my ankles and felt too big in general. Liked the look but had to send them back.

My normal size is 6.5 Wide. I purchased both 6W and 6.5W pairs. 6W fits the length and there's still rooms in width. 6.5W is too big. I like the heels and the style. I like the upper leather good quality. And it's rare to find a boots with Wide width. Unfortunately the shoes is not comfortable for me. The top edge of shoes kept scratching my ankle. Also please update the item information. Both pairs I received have a textile lining and textile-lined footbed, not "leather lining, leather-lined footbed". This description mistakes can cause unnecessary shipping and return and time spent on this. Thanks for Zappos' excellent service. Both were returned.

I wear 10 w's and have issues with a flattening arch, pronating, plantar fasciitis, a pulled perineal tendon in one foot, and a healing bone spur in the other. I found these 10D boots to be too big overall. The search continues...

The toe was much pointier than I expected. Kind of looks like a cowboy boot toe.

A narrow width is needed. The medium is too wide and is unstable.

This is a really cute boot but the toes were so pinchy and tight while the heel was way too loose! So I got a 7 which is my true size but didn't even bother going up because of the weirdly too small toe and too big back :(. Very sad I had to return these, the soles felt amazingly comfortable like I could walk all day in them.

Right away felt it looked cheap and it had worn marks on some spots. Not impressed. Inside feels cozy, but the rim's diameter is large and when you walk , your foot will come off the boot. Maybe a size smaller? Very happy I had bought another different style of Nine West boots that I love and will keep.

Too big

The length is perfect but the heel is loose. It could potentially cause blisters. In addition to that the top of the front of the shoe hits the leg when walking.

The toe area is too narrow.

Too tight. I should have order .5 size bigger.
