I always wait until the last minute to get shoes for a trip and this time was no exception. I took these to Italy and walked all over the city. I did put my inserts from another shoe in these boots to give them more arch support. Final verdict... I am very happy with these booties. They are comfy, somewhat fashionable and the wide size gave my feet enough room ( I have bunions and have had issues w plantar fasciitis).

I love this simple style and the boots are very comfortable, which is my top priority!

I have a wide foot with a high arch. This is the third pair I have ordered and it is a true wide. Thanks Clarks.

These were the winner! I tried Born (too little) and Vionic (not that comfortable) and Clark’s (comfortable, stylish, and great fit!)

Very attractive shoe, and stylistically just what I wanted, but the heel contour (how it hugged my heel) was really off. As a result, the shoe rubbed my heel very awkwardly and I knew it would be an issue (blister!) long-term. I returned the boots. I thought maybe it was an anomaly of this one pair, but I tried the same shoe in a Clark's store and it had the same issue. I was looking to buy this pair to replace a similar pair of Clark's boots that are getting old, so I'm familiar with Clark's styles and sizes. It's a shame because once you find a good pair of Clark's they last for years.

I am in between size 10 and 11, so I usually have to guess what to buy since there is usually no 10.5. I bought this in an 11 thinking that with socks it would work nicely. However, the 11 was entirely too big even with thick socks. I'm giving this all fours, however, since the shoe seems to be of nice quality and probably quite comfortable when sized right.

Cute functional boot, suggest ordering a half size down, I'm usually a 6.5-7, and needed a 6 in these.

These boots are plain but have little tassels that I love. Wide width works for my bunions, but size runs a full size larger. Sent back 81/2 W and keeping the 8W, still enough room for additional arch supports and thick socks! Well made, the black leather has a matte look that you may brighten with a good quality polish.

These shoes are very attractive, EXTREMELY comfortable, and don’t have a crazy high heel. I literally love these shoes and have them in black and brown.

Weird fit. Much too roomy everywhere, but too tight across my toes.

I have a wide foot and the Clarks 8W fit fine. However, this shoe is of a suede like material and not very attractive with jeans and will be returned. I much preferred the shinny leather Rockport Cobb Hill whch I ordered with the Clarks. The heels are the the same height but the Rockport looks dressier. I ordered the Rockport in 8 1/2 W, but I am going to try the 8W, I may have too much room in the toe.

I have a large, wide foot. This bootie was too big and the "extra" was floppy against my ankle. Looked and felt clunky. Disappointed.

Cute and comfortable! I am usually a size 10.5 but ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly. The boot is longer than an average size 10 due to the pointed toe.

Super cute boot! Loved color and was a comfortable footbed. However I ordered a 9.5 wide & this didn’t feel like a wide width to me. So, I unfortunately couldn’t wear them.

I love these booties. I do have trouble getting them on, though, because the zipper is on the outside of the shoe. I am 79 years old, have arthritis, and have some difficulty in turning my ankle inwards to pull up the zipper. These are my issues, though, which most people will not have. I never thought of this when I ordered the shoes. But I love them, once on they are supremely comfortable, and I'm keeping them despite my physical limitations.

This boot fit nicely. I wear a 10.5, but ordered an 11. I just have to wear a little thicker sock to fill the gap in the heal. The toe area fits perfectly. They are the most comfortable boots and have a very cushy sole. I am a teacher and stand most of the day. I wore these boots all day, without breaking them in. They felt fantastic! Clarks have perfected this shoe. They look sharp, feel very comfortable, and my feet feel refreshed at the end of the day! I have been looking for boots like this for years. Thank you!!!!!

Good fit for a wide foot. I have had bunion surgery on both feet and wear orthotic inserts, which work well with this boot. Very comfortable in the foot bed, a bit loose in the ankle. Looks well made, but very plain.

Very pleased with everything about this shoe. Could easily wear it all day long.

I typically wear an 8 wide athletic shoe. The size 8 wide fit nicely, but sadly decided to return it because the front of the boot cut into my ankle when walking. The boot is well made and has a footbed that can be removed to accommodate orthotic inserts.

I would not call this a "round toe" bootie. The toe box was too narrow and it pinched my toes when I was walking in them. The leather was nice and the quality was there, I just cant have such a narrow toe box and be comfortable. Sadly, I am returning them.

Color was definitely black not taupe

My normal size is 6.5W. I purchased both 6W and 6.5W. The pair of 6W fits in length and there is still room in the width. 6.5W is too big. I like the heels and style. I like the upper leather great quality. And it's rare to find a boots in wide width. Unfortunately, the shoes is not comfortable for me. The top edge of boots kept scratching my ankles. Also the item information does not correctly describe the shoes. Both pairs I received has a textile lining and textile-lined footbed, not "leather lining, leather-lined foodbed". This information can be misleading and cause unnecessary shipping and return and time spent on the whole process. Thanks for Zappos' excellent service. Both were returned.

The shoe is comfortable and wide enough, but the ankle is absurdly wide. Too floppy.

I purchased these boots in brown. I liked them so much I ordered black as well. I added some inserts for extra comfort and support.
