I ordered Black in 10 B. Fit was fine, but the shoe was a tad stiff and the finish looked rubbery (as someone else here has noted). Besides that, one black shoe had a blue undertone and the other had a green undertone. I knew that in itself would prevent me from ever wearing them. As always, I appreciate Zappos' 2-way free shipping.

Ended up buying the very similar Addiy Gladys instead, fit in the toe box was just a little looser. Could just be a variation between individual pairs of shoes, though.

While the width through the middle was good, the heel area is wider than I feel it should be. A 10 wide is usually a perfect fit, but these are just a little wide through the back. They are very comfortable and super stylish. I just need to wear a thicker sock so they don't slide too much

These boots were awesome but with my feet and knees I can"t get the left one on.. It's nothing to do with the boots it's my body that doesn't work

I almost kept these boots - they are very comfortable, like slippers and quality construction. But, after trying them around the house, I worried that they were too much like slippers for the amount of walking I'm planning to do on an upcoming trip. I'm afraid I need a boot with more structure, so I have to return these.

This shoe felt small on me, the width was okay. I returned it because (being a flat shoe) it really had no style and looked silly (like duck feet) on my (not large) feet. (8.5M)

Loved these and they fit well EXCEPT the heel was way to loose so my heel was going up and down with every step.

I just loved these booties so much. Unfortunately, they were WAY too wide for my narrow heel. Even though the rest of the shoe fit perfectly, my heel slid almost out of the bootie with every step I took. I'm as heartbroken as a person can be about shoes.

Heel was a little wide, toe a little pointy/narrow. Good everyday jeans bootie.

I wanted to love these, but the shoes felt too wide across my feet. The top of the bootie hit my ankle and hurt. So cute but had to return.

These are beautiful boots! They are well made and elegant, but they are way too tight in the toe area, and my heel was slipping out. I ordered 1/2 size down, but I am going to try to order the same size in Wide to see if that helps. I hope so because these are fantastic boots!

Fit fine but there was no attempt to provide arch support! I could see my ankles rolling inward. Love the shoe, but not a good choice for me.

I loved these boots but the toe box was a bit narrow and after wearing them around the house I decided against them, regretfully.

I go through a pair of Clark's short boots every year. I wear them almost exclusively in the Maine winters, and love their comfort and durability. These new Clark's did not disappoint. Same marvelous comfort and (I hope) the same durability.

These are incredibly comfy boots! The matte leather is nice and I prefer it to a shinier black leather boot. The only thing that bugged me was that the ankle opening was so wide there was a clear view of my sock from above. If you don’t plan on wearing them with socks then I think they’re great, though!!

Very cute shoes, unfortunately they are too narrow for me. I usually get a 7.5 in Clark’s, but I needed an 8 in these.

I love the look of these booties! The search to find an affordable, comfortable, pair of plain black booties was more difficult than I imagined. The leather has a nice matt finish, almost like nubuck. I found them true to size for a 7 1/2 wide. They are fairly stiff and haven't broken in even after wearing for a while. There have been no issues with scuffing, certainly something to consider with black leather. I wish the zipper were on the inside rather than on the outside even if that meant doing away with the tassel. It's a bit awkward to zip them up. The ankle opening is big on me and I have average ankles. These are not as comfortable as other Clarks I have. If these were Cloudsteppers, they would be perfect!

Very comfortable and cute boot!

I have bunions on both feet and high arches. The booties were comfortable right out of the box. The leather is soft, and looks great with any dark color pants or jeans.

These boots are cute and comfortable. Love the low heel and some cushion on the foot. Clarks are made well and I'm sure will last a long time. The boot is very dark brown, not taupe like the color description indicates, but more like the picture shows. The leather scuffs easily showing marks. I'm guessing over time these will wear like a bomber jacket, softening up and looking more worn.

I really like the supple leather, comfortable ankle height and width. I have high arches but the boot arches are okay. would buy again

I liked the look of this boot very much. However for me, the heel area was far too wide even in a B width, and the toe area would not have accommodated a heavier sock. The footbed seemed comfortable and was well padded. So if you don't have a skinny heel like I do, you'd probably love this boot! I sadly, had to send it back.

These boots are so cute! I really wanted them to work for me. I ordered my usual size of 7 1/2 W, but they were too big. I went down to a 7 W, which fit in my toe area but still felt loose around my ankle.

These felt wonderful on. Nice cushy footbed.
