We purchased the same shoe in a different color but the same size and width and this pair were much narrower so we returned them. Dissapointing.

This was my first pair of Skechers. As an Amazon delivery driver I burn through shoes so I thought I would try a less expensive brand.
I ordered a 10.5 EE. The box has a sticker saying "Extra Wide Fit" which usually means 4E. The tongue label does not indicate width though it has "EW" in the product number and the insole says "Extra Wide Fit". So it's not clear if Skechers EE simply run wider than other brands or if this is actually an extra wide (4E) being sold as EE mistakenly. These are advertised as "outdoor" so maybe they are meant to accomodate thick hiking socks. I wish Zappos would start asking us for that feedback: "What type of sock to wear with this shoe?"
The size is accurate; my toes feel about where they do in other shoes, though they are a little loose in the heel but that may be related to the width issue.
Overall, they are comfortable and sturdy. I feel safe getting in and out of my delivery van and walking/jogging on dry and wet concrete, gravel driveways, and grass. They don't allow much torsion (twisting along the axis) to prevent ankle strain. The insole provides significant cushioning and the heel absorbs a lot of shock.
After two weeks of wearing these with two pairs of socks (Hanes X-Temp and Wander Full Cushion) they broke in within a few days but my feet still hurt at the end of the day. Again, that may be due to the width and double-sock thing. The heel tread is wearing down so maybe they are not the best shoes for concrete. And I have to re-tighten the laces once or twice a day despite using a double knot.
So overall, I think it's a good shoe but I've had better.

Like the look. A little too wide for a regular size

Good shoe, but a bit short on toe cushioning for my needs. Went with another style which gives me the cushioning I want.

I am returning the shoes. The toe box is too tight for me even at this width. Too bad they are a well made product.

My exercise-walking shoes, moor and trail. Supposed gore-tex layer; 3 steps in dewy grass and feet wet. >1d to dry at 20C. Tongue migrates outwards. Stitching going after < 200km.

I always order a size 9.5W, which is what I ordered these shoes in. They are wayyyyyyy too wide. In the toe area it feels like the shoe is a 10W or 10 1/2W. I had to wear them to learn the fit is terrible so there's no way to return them now. I might as well give them away.

First time buyer of Skechers. Regrets that I had to return both the 9 and 8 1/2 pair of shoes. They need to redesign their shoes.

I have been wearing Skechers for over 2 decades, many different styles from athletic sneakers to casual dress shoes to work shoes. Most uncomfortable pair ever. Rubs along my toes that has not gone away. Does not feel like there is much memory foam compared to other Skechers I have worn. A bit heavy. Skechers please stick to producing athletic sneakers, as you do a really good job. Anything beyond that are basically low-quality garbage, this includes my experience with the casual dress shoes (wear out very fast) and work shoes (are too tough to break in and extremely uncomfortable after doing so). This pair is advertised as an "Outdoor" sneaker but I would not recommend anyone purchase these even if a little walking in the woods or trail. Very disappointed. By far the best Skechers I have had in the past are the athletic sneakers, and as I write this wondering why I have spent all this money over the years on anything beyond that

These are without doubt the most uncomfortable Skechers I have ever bought. The pronounced stitching inside the toe cap rubs against the toes making extended wear impossible.

Shoe rubs my little toe..blister. I think this occurs at a crease or transition in materials of the shoe. First pair of your shoes I do not love.
