This is a nice looking shoe but I couldn't get my foot to penetrate more than half way in after loosening the strap. I usually take 44 D

I have the traditional footbed in a Black Leather Boston, these soft footbeds are not recommended for plantar fasciitis. I ordered the same size of 37, as my other Boston, and this one was not as roomy in the toe box. Clearly, not all Boston Clogs have the same fit. Returned them and will stick with the traditional Boston footbed style. Thanks Zappos for the no hassle returns and super quick refund!!!

So disappointed in this shoe. I have several other Birkenstocks and these are much smaller and more narrow than my other shoes. Had to return them.

This item was sent to my completely destroyed and in a disintegrated box the day before Christmas. I contacted Zappos and the only solution they offered me was yo return the shoes and the original box (which was soaking wet- as were the shoes) for a refund. These were meant to be a Christmas gift and the item was no longer available. Completely unacceptable to not offer a discount to keep an item that would be otherwise unsellable.

Wrong size was sent. I ordered a 36 and received a 39

These shoes felt more narrow than I'm used to (I have other pairs of Birkenstocks). Also, one of the shoes was damaged upon arrival (the strap was disconnected from the base of the shoe and I was unable to fix it).

You sent me a fake product, unbelievable.

Fit and size were great as long as I didn't actually want to move in them. Attractive shoe. As soon as I took a step though the sole bed dug into my foot at the base of my big toe.

I ordered the 39 narrow oiled leather soft footbed. I received 39 wide, with the hard footbed. The hard footbed doesn’t bother me so much as that’s the one I’ve always worn BUT the soft footbed is more expensive… Also, I found it sketchy they didn’t come in a Birkenstock no tags..

The description says soft footbed but these are not even though they charge for the soft foot bed. The classics are only $145. They also sent me wide when I ordered the narrow. They came in a plain brown box with no tags. Pretty sure they were someone’s return….

Came so scratched to the point where it looked worn, it looked like a cat went to town with its claws on one side.

So disappointed in Zappo’s. I have depended on them for years. I ordered these twice and received suede, not oiled leather. I called and spoke with Customer Service and still got the wrong thing. A second call said I would need to wait 4-6 weeks for an inventory check. So sad.

Love the style but this shoe is incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I can barely walk in them for an hour before the top of my foot is really sore. The leather is way too stiff. Wish I had bought the suede! Buyer beware.

I have a pair of these and liked them so much I ordered a second pair. The new ones fit differently and the sole is very slippery. Not sure why. I will be returning.

both shoes were different tones of brown, extremely scuffed, and one of the buttons wasn't even attached, it just fell apart. WTF. Did you guys see a broken shoe, decided to throw it in a broken box, and mail it to me as if it's acceptable? I'm not paying 158 for a busted ass pair of shoes.

Shoes received looked like they had been returned before and the box was mashed. First time I am unhappy with an order.
