One of the shoes was already scuffed and looked like it had been worn.

We are returning these shoes because when we opened the box there is a scratch across the top of the foot bed section on the left sandal. Since these are a gift we don't want these with a scratch and we are returning them and I've already ordered a different pair to replace these.

The size was right, but the left footbed had a defect as it kept sending my foot toward my other foot. Did not sit square on the ground. Sent them back for a credit, and hoped to get another pair but you are all out of this particular style.

Narrow is still super-wide for me. Therefore, I must return them. Otherwise, they are beautiful and would be perfect a size smaller than I usually wear.

HUGE, HUGE, HUGE! Can't attest to anything other than the specs of size and width since they were go ginormous I couldn't ascertain anything about them. I had to select something for Overall, Comfort and Style, so I gave three stars. The Iron color is striking.

I loved the color, but I am a 6.5 and they seemed too roomy:(

Arch too high for my feet and seam on outside edge was painful. Just not made for me feet

Love the shoe style and fit. I returned this item based on the poor condition of one of the shoes. One was perfect, the other had vivid streaks across the top.

Not leather expected

The leather shoes ordered. Was not oiled leather Scratch easy. Soft footed is nice. Old school slides to months to form hard footbed.

These were very firm and hard, not at all comfortable. Also the sole was rather slippery

Nice shoe though I need a smaller size

If you have flat feet they do not fit properly. They are very uncomfortable on the arches.

The design and size are not like the originals made 20-30 years ago. The width is very much wider than the Birkenstocks designed many years ago. Overall oversized and not comfortable.

The material looks nothing like the picture or what I’ve seen in store. Makes me question if this is a real birk shoe. I am returning because the leather is a solid smooth finish without the oiled look.

Ordered a narrow for my normal (not narrow) feet, which helped the fit but cannot get comfortable with the way these shoes walk. I was so hopeful for a sturdy slip on for all the dash out to walk puppy times.

I was happy with the fir and style, but the color was much lighter grey than expected

The material and style were what I was wanting. Even though I ordered the narrow width and tightened the straps as much as possible, the shoes were too wide. I would have been shuffling to keep them on when walking.

The shoes fit well but aren’t as comfortable as I thought they would be. The leather is stiff and hard and the insoles are slippery and not very soft. I guess they’re not quite as uncomfortable as wooden clogs, but I’ve never worn a pair of wooden clogs.
