At first I was a little hesitant about keeping these after I tried them on. But after wearing them for a day I loved them. The fit continued to get better the more I wore them and they molded to my feet. Make sure you order a size down (I did based on other recommendations). I am normally a 9-9.5 but I ordered the 8-8.5 and they fit perfect. Another thing I was worried about was the narrow vs. regular width. I thought I would be narrow but I ordered the regular anyway and they are perfect. The materials are high quality and seem very durable. The suede is cozy and the soft footbed is amazing for someone like me with knee pain. Overall, these shoes feel awesome and I love them!

I am so disappointed that Birkenstock keeps making all the trendy colors in the soft footbed and narrow!! I am a regular footbed lover and just can't get used to the soft footbed. Also, I ordered the regular width, and these felt narrower than my taupe regular footbed suede Arizonas. Great color though.

I am leaving a review due to all those about these having odd sizing. I ordered my regular size and they fit great like all my birks do. SO I would recommend ordering your normal size!! If it doesn't work exchanging/returning with zappos is easy.

I have several pairs of Birkenstock’s, but this pair quickly became my favorite! The suede is so soft, and they were extremely comfortable right out of the box. No need to break in. They do seem to be a tad shorter than my leather version, but not enough for me to need a bigger size. I love them.

The fit is good, but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the quality. The metal pieces under the suede that holds the buckle in place actually protrudes and scratches my feet enough that there are a lot of cuts and pain in the area on both feet. I have not had this issue before with the other suede birkenstock's, why is the quality so bad now? so while it fits well, I don’t think I can wear this without socks to pad that one area.

I am so psyched to find these in Navy Blue and the tarnished copper buckle is GORGEOUS! I definitely recommend following the recommendation and choosing the narrow width. My feet are not narrow by any means and these fit me perfectly.

These are my second pair of Arizona Birks, and they definitely fit looser than my red vegan pair. That said, they are super comfortable, and the color is fantastic. I normally wear a size 7 shoe, but order a 37 in Birks.

I had very high hopes for my very first pair of Birkenstocks. But the straps are so big they don’t comfortably fit my feet I find the arch support to be quite uncomfortable as well

I am at the age where comfort matters more, but I do like a little boho style. Birkenstocks are always a staple and I have worn them for years; especially as my main daily shoe for errands, to and from yoga and even for a long walk. I even bought the shearling style to wear in the fall and our mild winter! My main reason for the review is to guide your customers on sizing. I am a solid US women's 8. I purchased the 39, but they were too long and my foot swam on the bed. I had to return and purchase the 38, which is really coded for a women's 7-7.5. I also recommend the narrow width, which I know Zappos carries. Many stores and on-line companies do not offer the narrow, which works well for me. so, please think carefully about the size and maybe go to a brick and mortar shop for the fitting. Also, consider the soft footbed, which makes a difference each day. Finally, I love the MINK color which is also not available in many places. It is a little unique, suede standout color for me.

These were comfortable right out of the box. I have a few pair of birks. But the suede with the soft footbed are the most comfortable in my opinion. I love them. FYI , I do think they run a little bit shorter compared to the other styles.

Loved the color since I first saw the at the beginning of the summer. I get so many compliments. Literally my go-to’s!

These are my summer shoe. When I saw the color (mink) I had to get so that my black ones could have a rest. Soft sole was a plus as well. I don’t like a sandal that has to go between my toes and my Birks are the go to sandal. Slip on and go.

I have messed up feet, but I walk several miles for exercise every day--on rough, rural roads. Even though I have many pairs of Birkenstock sandals, I have never been a fan of the Arizona style. However, when I noticed that they are available in suede and with a soft footbed, I decided to try them. The wider straps offer more support than my favored styles to go the distance, and the softer suede and footbed are very comfortable right out of the box. No blisters and no regrets! --vg

I am a true size 8 but had to exchange size 39 for 38 because they were too wide and long.

I wear a 6 and ordered size 6(36) ,they fit perfectly! The mink color is sooooo great!

They are stylish but too wide. My foot is long and they feel like there is too much room left and right. I like the way they took so I’ll keep them but I wish I went 1/2 size smaller.

After returning a size 40N Granada (I’m a size 9) because it was very large & I couldn’t get the straps tight enough I ordered this Arizona size 39N. They fit perfectly & are super comfortable. I put them on & immediately my feet felt GOOD & I’ve worn them all day every day since. I’m 85 yrs of age & have no foot problems, but comfort is most important to me.

The footbed is changed from my much older pair. Toe grip ridge is less pronounced. Heel cup is smaller.

I have had more than 5 pairs of Birks and this is the only pair I’ve been disappointed in. Because they are suede, the leather loosens so much! I will only buy what I have in the past — oiled leather or birko Flor material because the straps are durable and don’t stretch.

Been wearing the Arizona Soft Footbed for over a decade now and I love them. I come back to purchase every few years when mine get worn out (I wear them every day, all day long throughout the warm weather months where I live). I wear an 8.5 in other shoes and with these I wear the 39 (8-8.5) in Regular Width.

I’ve been wearing the Arizona Soft Footbed for a decade. I am an 8.5 regular in almost all of my shoes and I have consistently ordered the US 39 (8-8.5) Regular Width. I reorder these every few years when my current ones get worn out. Love these sandals.

Finally at age 66 I have learned the narrow Birky isthe perfect fit for me. The Suede, you gotta have the Suede . Soft footbed and suede, nothing better!

Excellent. Very comfortable, lovely color. These are my everyday shoes that live in the downstairs closet. I slide them on and back off as I come and go throughout the day. Practical and universal.

I love these birks. At first I was a little nervous about the color but it's lovely in person. Get compliments on them. Will be wearing them until they die!
