I bought these slippers in August and have only been wearing them regularly since October but already the heel is worn down and very uncomfortable. I've purchased Ugg slippers before and always felt like I was walking on clouds but these are very stiff. It's unfortunate because Ugg used to sell such high quality footwear.

Slipper runs small. Tried to exchange for larger size, which was in stock when I completed exchange. You have to ship your shoe back, before Ugg ships out the replacement. The size was available when I completed my exchange, however Ugg does not pull that product and if the size becomes unavailable while the original is being shipped, they refund your purchase not exchange it. Had to purchase elsewhere. Poor customer service.

This is a completely different color than pictured, the picture shows this as all grey including the fur. The fur is a cream color.

I’ve had several pair of Ugg slippers and they have all been fantastic - this pair however were TERRIBLE. I thought I would try a different style than normal and liked the knit look of this. However, the way the band (under the fluff) went over the top of the foot is suuuper uncomfortable and stiff. I realize the top band part of the Coquette style I’ve usually ordered meets the base of the slipper further back and therefore are much more comfortable. Returned these and ordering my tried and true favorite - The Coquette style.

These were a terrible disappointment. After wearing (and being very happy with other UGG slippers) these felt cheap by comparison. The soles offered little protection from feeling the ground underneath my feet, The tops felt too tight over my foot, yet my foot slid side to side without any stabilization. Pay more and get the more expensive version - don't waste time and money on these.

The quality and inside of the slipper is very warm and cozy, and I like the color. However, the slipper is very heavy and the sole of the slipper is solid as a rock, doesn't bend, and provides no support. Tried walking both on carpet and hardwood floors and it made my heels hurt. I had to return them and buy a similar slipper from another brand.

I have worn this style of ugg slippers for about 12 years. And I wore them a lot! This is my third pair. They have changed something in the sole. They are hard as a rock and offer no cushioning or support. My daughter said the same thing about her newest pair.
Whatever it is that they have changed is very very disappointing. I am now looking for a new brand of slippers. These aren’t comfortable at all!

These were the most uncomfortable pair of slippers I have ever purchased. They felt like I was wearing a pair of wooden clogs, the sole was hard and the heel was heavy. The best thing about the slipper is that it keeps your feet warm.

returned an Ansley style and went with this, ordering a size larger than the Ansley that was too short in the toes
this shoe, while cute and soft, felt like i was wearing a boat! i would like to try a smaller size, but the sole is SO INFLEXIBLE that i will just return it.

I LOVE my Uggs...in fact I stock pile...sort of...BUT lately especially specific to these Cozy Knits...after wearing about 2 weeks the heal padding has almost completely worn after...more on the left...I am so disappointed...I know I am hard on my slippers but I spend the monies on Uggs because of Plantar Fasciitis, Fibromylgia and Stage 4 Degenerative Bone Disease. What happen Uggs?? I will order another pair but go back to my Coquettes. AND as always...Zappos is awesome, with their one day delivery, and credit returns. THANK you Zappos!

I have worn Uggs for many years...this is a late Review only because I purchased and received in early October and by the the second week of November the heels of both slippers are completely worn down, no more sheep inner lining padding and even the UGG logo is gone ....for the amount of monies I have spent I expect them to last at least a good 1 year....I wear Uggs because of the plantar fasciitis and fibromyelgia ...they are excellent in support and comfort BUT now...not so sure on how they are made and last.

Although very comfortable, I only had these 2 months maximum and the lining is already wearing away and you can see a hole where the fur should be. With the price I paid for these, they should at the very least last a season.

These slippers are not comfortable, too large and have a scratchy label sewed inside each slipper which is painful when you walk. It rubs against the bottom of your feet. Even wearing socks doesn't help. Don't buy these.

I got these slippers for Christmas and I loved them at first. But now a few months later all of the fluff is worn off the heel and other places inside the slipper on the foot bed. Not very cozy any more or worth the money that was spent on them. Quite disappointed as I have always wanted a pair of Ugg slippers.

I have purchased Ugg slippers for at least 15 years. I purchased this pair for my birthday, and within 1 month the fur was falling out! I have now had them for about 3 months and the fur is almost complete gone. I paid a lot of money for these slippers just to have to clean up fur all over my house. Extremely disappointed!

Ugg pay attention. For the first time ever these slippers, have a label song on the wall part of the heel. The label is made up of a different material sewn very tightly and puffs up. It is extremely uncomfortable to walk on and I feel it all the time. I have no idea why you have changed where you put the label. I do know that I can no longer order your slippers if this continues.

Something has happened to the soles of Ugg slippers. The last two pairs I've ordered are hard and inflexible. I'm having extreme knee pain from wearing them. I'm disappointed I can't wear Ugg slippers anymore.

I am not sure why but Uggs seems to be going down in quality. The shearling isn't as thick and I can tell my new Uggs aren't going to last long. Really not worth the money.
