Firstly, these slippers are cute! I bought them because I have wide feet, and I thought the knit would give a bit. The length and width were perfect (size 8, ordered an 8.) However, these were the hardest shoes I’ve ever put on my feet. Harder than my Danskos. The heel was like standing on a concrete slab. It was actually shocking. All of my comfy, never to be retired Uggs are around 8-10 years old. The quality and comfort has changed dramatically since those days unfortunately. (Though I do love the current Ugg waterproof winter boots.) So, to sum it up - they look cute, but only purchase if you have feet that are as tough as nails, and enjoy punishment.

LOVE my Uggs! I need the arch support due to plantar fasciitis and fibromylegia so they are well worth the price! The warmth is also an added plus! Hopefully the heels stay intact...lately have found they tend to wear out sooner than expected! AND as always, Zappos is just awesome The delivery and packaging is well done and never disappoints!

Love these. Both cozy *and* cute! TTS. I do wish Ugg would leave out their tags from the inside so the shearling is all your feet feel, but other than that, I really like them.

Super cozy slippers! Fit is true to size. No arch support, but very comfy and warm for around the house. I got the cream color and they are beautiful!

Very comfortable slippper. I usually wear a size 9, but always order a full size smaller for uggs, so I ordered an 8 and they fit great. Great for wearing around the house, but durable enough on the bottom to run errands with as well.

I was disappointed with those. I’ve had two pairs of the Coquette and I loved them. These feel rock hard on the heel, the fluff is not sufficient and the material underneath it is not flexible at all. I’d stick to the Coquettes if you’re wondering between the two, even though those look a bit cuter.

Loved the look and color immediately, online and out of the box. Couldn’t wait to put them on. Then, disappointment; no support and the soles were so hard they flipped up and down off my heels like flip-flops! Not what a slipper should be, IMO. If you just stand still in them, they feel fine, but one step and the soft feeling is gone. UGGS used to be just a great line, but in the past few years their quality has suffered greatly. Very sad and soooo disappointing.

Fit is good. Shoes are a bit stiff but expected to soften upon usage.

I like everything about this slipper except the inside of the slipper where the heel hits. The sole of the slipper is hard plastic and possibly thicker at the heel. Despite the padding inside the slipper the heel portion is not comfortable.

I always order a 9 in Uggs. That's a full to a half size larger than I normally wear--just FYI. These are cute and comfortable, as expected. Also, no arch support, but I already knew that.

These are great shoes, however we had to return them because they were not comfortable to wear with my mom’s orthotics. The open-back style allows the orthotic to slide out, so we exchanged for a closed-back option. Would have kept them if not for the orthotic issue! It is a good thing to keep in mind.

I really like these slippers. That being said, I LIKE that the bottoms are hard. They are more like shoes. They arent squishy or sloppy slippers. They are structured. But that is what I am looking for. If you don't want that, you won't like these. I had to go down 1 full size. I wear 7 1/2 shoes, in these slide UGGS I usually wear a 7 and had to return and go down to a 6. As the fur gets matted down, they do become more loose so the 6 will be fine now and when they are more "loved".
