I really like these - BUT - they are really wide and my feet slip in them. They're better with socks, but that sort of defeats the purpose. I'm normally an 8 which was way too big - so I returned for a 7. Truth is, I should've returned those for a 6, but I didn't and I feel like now it's too late b/c I've worn them several times. Plus I'm not sure if a 6 would've adjusted for the roomy width anyway. Anyway - if you get them - size down for sure unless you have super wide clown feet.

I enjoy these slippers but I did find them a little less stable than other styles because of the knit. My foot has twisted and I have turned my ankle in the slippers. Otherwise, the base is solid and the shoe is comfortable. I would not wear these on stairs to prevent risk of falling. These are a second pair that I only use on hard floor surfaces after twisting my ankle several times.

I am still wearing them around the house. I am hoping with a little more time I will find they feel great. I noticed that the rubber souls don’t bend much as I walk which feels awkward.

Size was great everything was great except for the fact that the right foot while walking the shoe would vear to the right and my foot was coming out of the shoe. It was very uncomfortable. I have several pairs of this exact shoe in other colors, but for some reason this specific pair didnt work out for me. A shame. Love the color.

Cute but a different fit than the original ones. Had to return. Felt a little big.

Ugg made a really cute ballerina type slippers a few years ago, but no longer makes so I have been searching Zappos for the perfect slipper again. Ordered this since it looked great online, however once I put them on I regretted my decision. Though they were comfortable when standing, once I tried to actually walk in them that was a totally different story because I couldn't! The soles are so hard, slippery and wouldn't bend as I walked so I almost immediately lost my balance. Luckily didn't fall, but for that reason I need to return them. I am really starting to feel guilty about buying then returning to Zappos, but don't know what else I can do with this pandemic. Thanks Zappos!

This is my second pair of Ugg slippers and I guess I forgot that they are not all that comfortable because I had them some years ago. They are pretty heavy and clunky but kind of cute and definitely warm. Ugg products are always a comfort in the winter even if they could benefit from a little upgrade in engineering. They could be a bit more comfy but I will keep them nonetheless.

For reference I wear 9-9.5 in other brands but I always order an 8 in these ugg cozy knit slippers and other ugg boots. They're snug at first then after a few wears the shearling flattens , molding to your foot then theyre perfect. Unfortunately the pair I recieved seems bigger then usual, it seems due to the fur being shorter and not as thick. So I think it'll wear down faster. The sole was a lot harder, more stiff then my previous 3 pairs were. The quality is still good but not what I am used to and not worth $120. I returned them Zappos has fast, free returns and exchanges so doesn't hurt to try. It seems like some people have gotten good pairs

As much as I wanted these to fit they are just too loose. I normally wear a 6 and 1/2 so I purchased a six and a five. I am returning both. The actual foot part is loose probably from the knit. I have several other pairs of Ugg slippers and I love how they hug my feet. These not so much. They're kind of a struggle to keep on when I'm walking. So back they will go

I got a similar pair of Vionics to compare and ended up keeping the Vionics. The Uggs did not have enough support for me, and felt hard.
