Used their recommended size chart and the shoes now have to be exchanged, they don't fit.

I had to size up

I really liked the shoe in the pictures but it's a little bulky to me. I don't think I'll be wearing these that much if at all.

The shoe is well made and could be very comfortable however they are bulky and look like a men's shoe. I usually have to buy a size up with Ugg. I hate to not recommend it because it's not my style. So I won't rate it because it is personal preference. So- if it is your style - go for it!

Comfy, cute and always ready to go. however the 1st pic the color has a black or dark sole the other pics to follow are light soles, I love the color enough to still get them however I still keep wanting the sole to be a dark smoke grey almost black like in the first pic.

It's bigger than expected

i would get these again but don't wear them often , they get dirty quick ! and lose it pretty color , but overall very comfortable and keeps feet warm:)

These Neumel Boots are very comfortable and warm

I was looking for a red boot, the color is nice but, more orange than red. I'M EXTREMELY disappointed with UGG exchange process, the boots were mailed back on 9/2. Due to UGG using a 3rd party to pick up the item from the post office to be delivered to the UGG warehouse, the warehouse just received them on 9/11. Called again on 9/14 and was told it will be another 3 to 5 days before the boots are processed in the system, then my exchanged item can be mailed out. Then it'll be another 3 to 5 days before I receive the boots. The total exchange process time will be atleast 1 month before I receive my boots and all I received was a "I do apologize." So PLEASE beware if you need to exchange anything "DON'T EXPECT your item anytime soon!!

The shoe is very big and I wear a 8 I have about 12 pairs of uggs even buy for kids it's a warm comfortable shoe but this one is big n shaped odd

I wanted them to wear to Angel games.

I've had my eye on these for years. Saw someone wearing them at a coffee recently and decided I'm going for it. But then I received them and was so bummed at how wide they were on my feet! I have a gazillion UGGs in many styles. For some reason the width of these looked obnoxious my feet. (I'm 5'4", size 7 shoe.) I sadly had to return them because I just couldn't see myself walking around with what looked like clown feet on me. Oh well.

Although the boot is stylish and cute in its own way they're uncomfortable. There's no padding for the heel of your foot or the ball point of your foot. It's were to be like just standing on a flate piece of wood.

I have four pair of Neumels. I wear them almost every day in fall/winter. Two of the pair are the original style with the toe more natural to a woman's foot. Two of the last pair I purchased have the bulky rounded toe like men's style. I have tried to contact UGG to ask why the style change was effected to NO AVAIL. Is anyone out there?

They are very similar to the Ugg boots that I have that are the same color. I thought they would be more like a shoe. (narrower and less bulky). But they are extremely warm and comfortable so I kept them.

Comfy but my foot slides around to much

Your shoe size chart differs from other companies, because previously I ordered USA 7 from Michael Kors and it was EU 37, which fitted me perfectly, while your shoe size chart says that USA 7 is EU 38, so my ordered shoes were bigger than I expected. Considering that I'm ordering from Kazakhstan and using third party's service in order to get cheaper delivery, re-chaning will take too long and cost me more. Could you please include link of your shoe size chart into idk shopping bag to see that ordered size is not mistaken. Thank you!

Purchased these, they got wet with a bit of water and basically became crunchy and folded up. Never experienced this with an Ugg product before. Disappointed.

Sizes run large and very wide, after wearing the boots once they already feel stretched out and feel even bigger on me.

Very cute comphy warm shoes, love the color but I can't stand how big my feet looks in them, bulky long feet like a clown it's a nope for me;(
