The soles are too thin for Manhattan concrete jungle. It doesn't give much support. If I was on a softer terrain than I guess it would be fine but my feet hurt after a long days walk. If you drive all day and not do much walking then I think it might be ok. I will have to return these. The more expensive UGGs have better thicker soles...

Ugliest shoe ive ever seen. Returned it

I ordered the boots online and while I understand that holiday season will make shipping longer, it is not acceptable to have ordered size 6 and and then send you size 8. And so to make long story short, we have to return and exchange, the process is exhausting and time consuming. I should be enjoying the boots already but instead I am waiting for it to get returned and then get exchanged for the correct size 6. All due to carelessness and inept employee who does't know better to double check what they are sending. That's got to be SOP double checking everything to avoid incidents like this. I am so disappointed and upset with it all. The supposedly few days of actually enjoying wearing the boots had turned to be 3 1/2 weeks of waiting. Unacceptable.

On my tiny leg it looks very huge. In black color it's looks ugly

Ordered this product on Decemher 9th. UGG took their money on December 11th. UGG never shipped my product, nor contacted me to inform me. Can't get a human on the phone to resolve this. Had to request the refund through my bank.

When I seen on the site the shoe was Grey, with a Grey bottom thats what I really was hoping for, My fianc I bought her the Grey Ugg Hat as well she wasnt quite pleased because they didnt match. I would like to ship them back and get the right Grey that was once posted

I so wanted to love these but the shoe looks so wide making my feet look like fat duck feet. I've seen them on other people but the result was not what I wanted. Tried to re-gift it to a friend who wanted it as well but after trying them on she had the same opinion of it being too wide. She later thanked me for buying it & letting her try on and getting rid of the idea of purchasing them herself.

These shoes were horribly ugly in person. They were bigger and bulkier than any of my other UGGS. And, they fit too snug.

They are too rough for a lady

Needs more color variety for women!!!!!! The men have like 5 colors & we only have 2 basic ugly ones
