I own UGG products but was disappointed in the sizing. I wear an 8 and it was more like a 9 .

No recent word about this product's delivery date/time that was supposed to be delivered by Xmas. I received ONE email saying it was on back order. Called customer service and was told some time later in January.

When the gift is received I'll give you my review.

Didn't receive it yet. Back ordered to ship by dec 29. We'll see after it gets here then review it

Still waiting on my order!

Hard to know how a product is when it's still at the warehouse in CA. Maybe align your survey system with logistics? Would save you reviews like this.

It's funny that you are asking me for a review after you canceled my order due to the item being out of stock. It seems as though you should be able to keep track of that.

Way to big

Not the comfort I would expect in an ugg shoe. I'll have to stick with some of the other boots made by ugg. For some reason this style just didn't fit me right. Normally i am a 9.5 and I ordered a 9 and the shoe almost fit. It was hard to get on and I personally didn't like the way the shoe itself felt and the style of the shoe made my foot look bigger than what it really is.

I feel like they make my feet look like bozo the clown

Got these boots for Christmas, however, there were two noticeable stains where it looks like they tried to clean off. This lead to the leather scuffed up. Would have loved to exchange but they are sold out. First time I ever got uggs and highly disappointed in the condition especially since they cost so much. I been looking forward to this gift forever and now have to return and never get what I wanted. They will not have them back in stock in time in order to do an exchange.

I think the boots will look cute on really small feet, but on my feet they were huge! Bulky even. I returned them. Even if they were cute on me I still would have returned since one of the laces was damaged.

I have sent them back because they just didn't work for me. I loved the color but didn't realize they were so puffy. They are more like the classic fluffy boot & I was hoping for more of a hiking boot look. They run big too.

I bought a pair of boots 2 years ago that I absolutely loved, but these are taking there place and I did not like these boots at all.. they were to big and bulky made my feet look Hugh!! Please bring back the old boots. I bought them in blue and loved them...

I ended up exchanging for a different item because the neumel wasn't what I expected.

This is the worst shoe I've ever purchased from UGG. I based my sizing on other UGGS I own and I even did their 'what size' to buy. Their like a clown shoe. If you have a really wide foot they will be perfect for you. I wore them and I stumbled their so wide - my toes kept touching. I should have returned them but the return process takes along time. If you do buy them size down.

2 weeks for a overnight shipping!! Never shopping at this store again..
