I have had these shoes for YEARS! SO comfortable, and stylish! However, my laces over time have begun to unravel. This site doesn't sell any lace replacement. My only complaint is that the laces should either be made more sturdy, or Ugg should sell replacements.

I bought these shoes for my daughter and she loves them, but the ordering and shipping process was horrible and I personally will not order on UGG.com anymore. It was the worse experience and customer service reps. Didn't know much plus when you call there number and put your order # in you get a automated msg saying congratulations your order is being shipped tonight and I didn't even receive a email, my status stayed on order in process and that automated msg 4 days later was the same msg, Do better UGGS.

Comfortable, look good and can wear with many things.

I had waited to buy these for a long time due to the price and the fact that I already have so many other Ugg boots. I really wanted the chestnut color so I finally bought them. The reason for my rating is these shoes are unusually and unnecessarily wide. The other thing s they hit a weird spot on the back of my leg so they are constantly rubbing when I walk, making it slightly uncomfortable. I will have to get some type of protectors to stop the rubbing. The positives are the color is perfect and they are warm with enough cushioning so I am keeping them but had I known that they were going to be this wide I probably would not have purchased.

Simply not my style

I had to return these. Even though I followed the sizing chart (which left a little extra in the length), these were uncomfortably small. I bought another pair of a different style and same problem. So I guess the answer is to get a size up from what's recommended.

Not enough support for my foot. Warm and cozy but not for me.

We'll see how these shoes work out during our road trip. They are not nearly as cushy as I expected. I have regular, low boot, Neumels and they are very light too but also cushy. I think an improvement would be to add more cush.

These shoes are strangely designed. The actual outside of the shoes is wider and strangely wide. Wider than other UGG boots. Reasonably good fit

Comfortable shoes but the picture depicted online appeared to be more of a purple instead of an ultra violet.

the shoes look GREAT but wish they came in 1/2 sizes. the 8 was recommended and i'm guessing the 9 probably would have been too big; however after wearing awhile, its as if the lining gets squished up in a lump in the area between the toes and pads of my feet. an unpleasant feeling. wonder if that would be the case if the shoe fit better.

These are not comfortable, no support at all. It was so disappointing because I have many different pairs of Uggs. They are warm but just not comfortable to wear. I couldn't return because I'd had them past the return date to return before I wore them. I love the color but my feet hurt badly after wearing. Needs more support/cushioning I think.

I use this product to travel to and from work. I find it to look too bulky. Maybe I need a size smaller.

The color is my favorite part about them; but my wife finds them a bit tight - even though she has other shoes in the same size.

I use them to go out when it's chilly but they look to wide and they just came and they look used.

Expierence fine just didn't really care for the boot.
