Do not purchase from UGG. The worst customer service experience. I bought a pair of UGG Adirondack boots for my mom's 65th birthday because she loved my pair of Adirondack boots (same size). They had a manufacturing issue and hurt my mom's heels after only wearing them a week. I submitted a warranty claim, which was denied. They claimed wear and tear, which it clearly wasn't. How can you have wear and tear if it hurt my mother's heels right away? I called customer service 3 different times, and I was put on hold for over one hour each time. They refused to allow me to talk to anyone in the warranty claims office and basically told me their hands were tied. They do not honour warranty claims and clearly do not stand by the quality of their product. Buyer beware. THEY DO NOT HONOUR WARRANTY CLAIMS.

I bought the chocolate brown boots, winter 2021-22 season not the same boot as the black ones I had for 10 years, I just loved them, warm, comfortable, anti slip.... they were great boots....told everyone how great they were .... finally had to replace them... the brown ones were on sale at Browns Shoes $50.00 less than black ones, so I got them.... nothing the same bunny, not anti slip & not warm at all.... would never buy them again... what a disappointment...

They run small & aren't warm at all. For the price I would think I would get nice boots. Very disappointed.

They are too narrow which makes them uncomfortable for me, unlike all my other Uggs. My problem, not yours.

The rubber outsole is not the same as my old Adirondack boots so they don't have good traction and they slip. Don't know why the rubber outsole was changed. Like the old ones better.

The quality seemed shoddy and they were very narrow. My older pair of II were better fitting in the same size.

Developed plantar fasciitis because of heel space too loose. Trying to return. Help.

Second purchase of these boots for my mother. First pair was several years ago and they were great , this pair quality and fit lacking. Bait and switch! I put the 2 pairs side by side, huge difference in quality.

I got these boots in the size that my "true-fit" suggested however they were too small. I sent them back for an exchange hoping that my size would have been more reserved per my "exchange". After weeks of unknowing I finally received an email that I was being issued a credit and my size is out of stock. Very, very upset!!!!! I want my boots!!!!!

Boots are not true to size. I was so disappointed. I was able to exchange them easily and the replacements did come fairly quickly. The 1/2 size up was still too small. Just so you know, I typically wear a 6.5 and size 1/2 up for a boot. I ordered the 6.5 in error. Now UGG is saying I am no allowed to "Exchange" only return. Local stores do not carry 1/2 sizes. My experience with UGG has not been a happy one.

I bought the second version and it has the vibram sole and true to size, idk what this is not as comfortable and no more vibram sole but for the same price no thanks would not recommend

I love these boots they are warm n toasty for NE winters and hockey rinks but after a couple months or one winter season November- February your toes end up wet Ugg replaced mine And now the new pair is doing the same thing - please work on the design! Don't want to have to buy new boots every season

I will be returning these, I have never gotten a poorly made Ugg product, I guess there's a first time for everything

Does not keep the feet warm. Not worth the price

Snow boots.

I ordered these boots in a women's size 7 and they are the equivalent of a size 10. Absolutely huge. Ugg, what are you doing?!?

These boots are comfortable and cute, but they are NOT durable and do not fit the standard for a winter boot. They barely maintained their waterproofing through one winter. I bought them in 2017 and by the next winter, the rubber toe part was separating from the leather. I have superglued them and used shoe goo and a DWR waterproof spray, and they still do not keep my feet dry if I would through half an inch of snow in a parking lot. Yikes.

I've had my boots for almost one year. Comfy, wonderful to hike and walk in, beautiful to look at... BUT after 3 months, the stitching started coming out and now there is a vertical slit that lets in water. Expensive and very disappointing.
