I wanted to love these boots and I thought I had a narrow foot. Unfortunately, not this narrow.

I have owned UGGs in the past and expected these to be the same quality as the other ones I have owned. This is my fault for not reading the full description to see that these aren't leather and the shearling is synthetic. My fault. Yet, I still feel duped

I used to have these boots and decided to get them again but go up a size to have them fit better. These are not stitched well and the back of my heel keeps getting wet. My feet don't stay warm in these and they are not made well.

Hello - I have been a UGG customer for many years. I recently ordered the above Adirondack boot and immediately asked for a refund. First of all, the boot ran small and the leather quality was poor. I was so disappointed since the Adirondack boots that I ordered several years ago were a success.

In pictures the shoes look wide but when you get them they are very narrow. I even bought a size larger and it did not help. Never understand why people with wide feet are discriminated against and not accommodated. We miss out on a lot of great shoes.

This boot is weatherly rated -32. I have wore it on these temperatures with thermal socks, not going for hike but grocery shopping, in and out supermarket, loading the car just for a couple of minutes and your feet are already cold. I am very disappointed with it.

This boot had great potential so I was surprised to find that it not only was made with hard patent leather but had a non expandable bridge across the top arch of the boot so that there was zero flexibility while walking and also no stretching option. A huge disappointment for an UGG BOOT.

Other similar priced boots made with soft leather.

I bought adirondacks in 2017. And my feet got wet in slush last year. Looks like they're not waterproof anymore.

I have only worn these boots a handful of times and the seam is pulling away from the sole to the boot leaving a huge hole in them. Very disappointed and sad!

The boot style is what I expected, however, the Mustard Seed color is NOT. The shade is like 10 times darker than the website image and the toe/heel contrast is 20 times darker. Those heel/toe accents were to be lighter than the boot and are not. I was disappointed when I received the package as they were a gift and now have to be returned.

I have been wearing these and despite the leather being in great shape, the sole of the boot came almost completely off after a few months of wearing. I don't have an order number, so I can't return.

I bought those boots on december 2020. I couldn't wear them this 2023 winter because they are broken on the heel (inside the boot). Because of the pandemic, I was mostly working from home. I also got a hip surgery on february 2021 so it's fair to say that I didn't wear them a lot. It's not normal to buy a pair of boots of that ''quality'' (and price) and not being able to wear them for 3 winters... I spoke with the customer service and they kept saying that it's ONE YEAR warranty. I don't recommand those boots or that brand....

This is the worst shopping experience of my life! The shoe held tighter than usual so I asked for a refund on return! Since February 17th 2023, I have not received a refund for a month after I dropped it off on USPS! The customer service attitude is super bad! ! Also find their supervisor for the next refund! ! I called three times and it took me a month! Never had such a bad experience! NEVER

I received the boots on January 02, 2023. The boots looked great however they did not fit. Too narrow for me. I returned the items through USPS on January 03, 2023 and have not received confirmation that my product has been received at the center to be refunded to me. Customer service is questionable.

I bought these boots three years ago. I barely wore them. However, the top of BOTH boots split at the seam, allowing snow/slush to get into the top of the boot. I was shocked this happened after such a short time, especially considering the price of the boots. I contacted UGG about this manufacturing defect, knowing the boots were out of the one year warranty period. I was told by customer service agent to mail the boots back and they would be able to help. I mailed them back at my own expense with the appropriate forms completed as I was instructed by the agent. I was really impressed that UGG was standing behind their quality. Three weeks later I received the boots back with a poorly photo copied letter saying the boots were "out of warranty" so there was nothing to be done. Waste of time and money. So disappointing. Never buying an UGG product again!!!

I wanted so much to like these. I've been eyeing them for years and finally got them for Xmas. Took them on our first snow trip and left with wet toes. What a disappointment. the seams at the toes are not sealed. Not worth the price ALL LOOKS NO FUCTION

According to product description, these boots have "UggPure" lining inside. However, these boots have "UggPlush" lining. UggPure and UggPlush are not the same thing, the plush one is only 80% wool. I ordered these boots from Zappos and they came with UggPlush lining. I had also ordered from Ugg.com, and they also arrived with a sticker saying the boots have UggPlush.
I talked with several Ugg agents. One agent claimed that UggPure and UggPlush are the exact same thing. Yes, no kidding. Another agent claimed that Adirondacks should have UggPure, and there is no way to know which warehouse these boots were sent from, and I should just sent them back. Finally, another agent told me that there are several versions of Adirondacks, some have UggPure and some have UggPlush.
To sum up: if you order these boots, be it Zappos, Ugg.com or some other retailer, make sure to check if it has UggPure OR UggPlush. No matter what the lining might be made of, these boots have the same price, but to me this is extremely deceptive. I am not paying this amount of money to have wool-polyester blend lining inside. The biggest deal of Ugg boots is (was) the pure wool lining. These boots don't deserve the price tag with this polyester blend inside.

I received these boots today. The product description on the Ugg website said the inner lining was Uggpure. The boots I received is lined with Uggplush.
I called customer services. I was told that Adirondacks should have Uggpure lining, not Uggplush. When I asked them why Ugg is sending me fake products, the agent replied: "We cannot know which warehouse these ship from."
So, Ugg does not know or care that the customers are sent counterfeit products. I also chatted with an agent, the the agent informed me that "Uggpure and Uggplush are the same", which is not true according to the agent on the phone.
To sum up: Either Ugg's description on the website is misleading, or Ugg is sending fake boots to its customers. Either way, this leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

These beautiful boots looks very cheap as if they made of very hard plastic like material. They are very tight in arch area and hard to put on and off. top calf part won't even bent to look like in the picture. Won't be able to walk without hurting feet. Had to return them:(.

I have been wearing soft UGG boots for several years. My feet are very narrow at the back and arch and extremely wide across the ball and toes, and the UGG boots I've been wearing fit very well. I bought the Adirondack warm, weather-proof boots with high expectations. What I found was that the arch section of the boot was too narrow for me to get the wide front of my foot through to the toe portion of the boot. Needless to say, I was very, very disappointed.
