Felt a bit big

These run "true to size" except that they are narrow in the toe box and wide in the heel. Trying them with tights, the toe was snug, so I wouldn't have been able to wear them with warm socks; yet the heel was horribly sloppy. Additionally, the calf is extremely wide, and I am not referring to the Jessie wide calf, but the plain Jessie. The Jessie wide calf must be huge! I have fairly muscular (but not fat) legs, yet the regular Jessie was ridiculously wide in the calf. (Either that or the boots were erroneously labeled.) If you have narrow toes and wide heels, and very heavy calves, I recommend these, because they are pretty.

The calf section was way narrower than the wide they were advertising. The boot itself is lovely, but if I can't zip it up what is the point of keeping it? Sending the boots back.

The calves are not a normal/narrow as some reviews seem to suggest. Smaller than some, but still pretty big. 5'4" 125 lbs. normal build.

Disappointed. Was looking for a boot that would fit my skinny calves. This product offered a wide calf version. The 'regular' version of the "Jessie" was still too big. My calves were swimming in the boot. Otherwise felt comfortable and true to width....just not in the calves.

These shoes are cute and comfortable for the most part except at the top of the toes. It does in and hurts most of the time so I don't wear them that often.

These boots were way too narrow and my feet are not wide at all. They felt extremely snug and the heel part was so uncomfortable and hard. I'm definitely returning.

I liked the boot,but it's too narrow. They're not comfortable at all. Returning for a wider size. The calf size was perfect.

I got a wide so I could wear socks. It was still narrow and the calf was too big

Very cute, but looked cheap in person and was mostly non-leather materials.

The boot was just what I was looking for, beautiful and all. The only problem was it was advertized as a wide calf and it was no way near that and my calves are not that big. I was so disappointed. I have not had issues with other boots that were labeled as wide calf fitting. I was so sad to have to return them.

I need a wider shoe but a narrow heel. I ordered the 8 Wide. I have thin calves and these boots we very large at the calf and not quite wide enough in the foot.

These boots are beautiful!!! Unfortunately I had to send them back. I have a 15 1/2” calf circumference and the boots would not zip up. I wouldn’t buy these boots unless you calves measure a 14” or less.

Unfortunately it didn't fit around my calves. :(

This would’ve been great had the calf not been HUGE! I am a medium-size woman, but I seriously thought I must’ve accidentally ordered the wide-calf version, based on how these fit. Nope. Even with cinching the clasps as tightly as possible, my legs were drowning in these. Too bad. They were super cute otherwise.

This shoe fit fine, but the sole broke away from the shoe after only 3 months of wear, and I don't even wear them every day.

I ordered my regular size (9.5) but this felt tight through the foot. The padding of the footbed hit my foot in ways that felt weird and the width at the calves was far too loose for me (and I have fairly good-sized calves!).

These boots were just what I've been looking for, at a reasonable price, so I ordered the regular Jessie. Unfortunately, the toe box was too tight and the shaft left about a 2-1/2" gap in the back of my calves. Had the shaft not been so big on my thin legs, I would have ordered a wide for the toe box. The search continues.
