I am not one to ever leave reviews, especially negative ones. However, I purchased 4 pair on Black Friday and it took 3 weeks for me to receive them only had 3 pair in the box and was told.. oops sorry, yea those didnt get out in the box and they are sold out so pick another pair (that are all sold out) or we can just refund. Its frustrating to wait that long and then due to their negligence I am out the shoes that were a gift. My family loves Hey Dudes but I would just purchase from Buckle before J would waste my time going directly thru Hey Dudes. There are also other brands now that are just as good, too.

No box. Seem cheaper made now

Never got my shoes nor no one ever getting back to me as I emailed. I will continue to flood their email until they get back to me. They got back to me right away when I asked a question now that it's a question wondering were my shoes are nothing. And in all my emails I'm nice. The shoes have been sitting in the same spot since the 5th of Dec. FedEx said it's all on heydudes so be nice to talk to someone.

These shoes are cute and lightweight but the first day I wore them they rubbed my ankle. I could not even wear them correctly the whole day. I turned the heel down and wore them as slide ons to get through the day. I think they need more cushion on the heel. Maybe I got a lemon pair :(

They ripped on my first wear. Activated and will not repurchase.

It was to small and your customers service did not want to help me change it so I gave it away

Nice shoe. But mine rubbed my heal and also my daughter had same issue.

I bought this pair as a gift to my girlfriend and it didn't fit in. I am returning this pair, if you have the same colour and model, I would like to have it in size 7. Thanks!

I'm not very happy with my purchase they rub hard on my heel and for the money they look sloppy

These are made so cheap. Very disappointed

I ordered the size I wear in every shoe I currently have and these were to small! I think I actually need 2 sizes bigger in these. Very disappointed!

I ordered my shoes 4 months ago they are still not here, it said they were shipped from California a month ago still nothing

Was excited to get my shoes until I opened the package and gound the wrong shoes! Still waiting on my refund or exchange.

I never received my full shipment. Sent out the rest of the shipment, never received that. I will never order again.

Quite disappointed with the lack of communication and service

Am very disappointed in the slow response from this company! They shipped us the wrong shoes and it took a couple weeks before they even responded back to me.

I have tried to contact you twice thru Email to find out what is the procedure for returning my shoes. They are too large.

It stated to size up and I did and they are wayyyyy to big they flop off my heal . Returns are hard !
