Not impressed. Never received item. Tried to contact company and they said they were still in transit which they are not. Ripped off and not happy. Shoes are not cheap and they were a Christmas gift and can't afford to get another pair at this time. Pretty upset :rage:

I am so happy that I found Hey Dudes..However, bought two different pairs at he same time, different styles. While I love the pink striped ones...the camp ones of the exact same size are to big and bulky..can not even wear them because it is like wearing flip flops. There was no note saying that they run big with an alert to buy a smaller size.

I really wanted to like these. They are really comfy and really cute but after one week of wearing them they are falling apart.

After wearing them for 1 day the lining on the insole started coming off. I have been in contact with customer service for a week and sent pictures, their response is telling my to purchase new insoles from their website. These shoes as expensive for what they are and they fell apart after a day and the company is not standing behind the warranty. I did not even ask for new shoes, just a new insole so I can wear the shoes I have.

I was told that these run big so to buy a size lower. I wear a 6.5 in womens so i bought the 5. They were absolutely too small. I just gave the to my mom. Disappointed.

If you are unsure at all don't order as they don't offer exchanges. Wait and go to a store so you can see them in person. Not customer friendly at all.

I love how lightweight this shoe is. Great spring/summer shoe with one exception. They do not make half sizes, so I was encouraged to purchase the size up which is now is way too big on my foot. This shoe stretches a little over time. Now I have a pair of shoes I spent nearly $60 on and they are way too big. I even tried adding an extra insole, but it makes the fit very awkward. I wish I had purchased a size down since there was no half size. Very irritated since it took wearing them twice before they were too big, and I cannot exchange them.

I love the shoes. I have a pair for me, two for my husband, and just recently ordered 4 more pairs, two of which are for my kids. The youth size ran really small so we needed to return them, but there is no customer service phone number, so I emailed customer service and they didnt respond for over a week, and then my 7 day window to return them had expired before I knew that I needed to print a label and return them. Then I received confirmation that they received the shoes I sent back but I have yet to get any return or any email clarifying what the next step is. So, my daughter is still waiting for her shoes and I am still waiting for them to process my return and give me my money back. Awesome shoes, terrible customer service.

When I tried the shoes on, they seemed to be super comfortable. Sent them back for an exchange almost 15 days ago, and have not heard from them. Trying to get ahold of them is a hassle. Wish I could write a better review! Hoping to get them soon! Also size down!

I wish I would of bought Wallys. This shoe is not right and uncomfortable.

I cannot rate them at this time so please get back to me. My son would give his much higher stars probably 4 or 5, but me no. I have had to send mine back to yall for a different size so I haven't been able to even wear them yet. I would love to get them back. Patiently waiting....

Bought these shoes for my daughter. They were covered in a fiber. Looked almost like hair. The long fibers came off but rest stay on shoes. They where smashed looking also. Like they have them in a box with trash or something, pick them out and ship. Was quite displeased with purchase.

The shoes we received were not at all what we expected and we were definitely not happy with them.
