CROOKED SHOES and HORRIBLE, RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to fight for the full refund amount after being hung up on by TINA in customer service. Don't waste your money here because if things go wrong it's going to be a MASSIVE HEADACHE to fix.

Do not purchase the grub small and are very uncomfortable

I have 5 pairs of Hey Dudes and this one is by far the worst. The shoe is too long and wide. They bunch around the tongue area which make it very uncomfortable. This style is a no go for me.

I had to send them back because they were too big and have not received them back yet, it's been about 2 weeks

My heels on the back of the shoes in length are'nt right. The right one is an 8th of an inch is shorter than the left shoe heel.

Every time I go to order a white canvas shoe it is out in a size 9. i have tried several different shoes. I am about done trying.

this shoe is supposed to be grey but is khaki

My Hey dudes which were advised to go down a size are too small. I am having a difficult time returning them!!!!1

Not satisfied at all was told good things about them as I have bad back problems and I wore these for a good week and never got anything but blisters and more pain

Don't hold shape above the toes like other pairs that I own. Couldn't send them back either.

Messed up the back in shipping but normally wear amazing just the one pair did not due to the back being creased

I ordered over three weeks ago still missing part of my order has never taken this long and when I inquire Im getting the run around. Very poor customer service this go around. Love the shoes great product but service could be better with shipping.

This is called Wendy grey. The color is absolutely NOT grey. It is beige/khaki/tan. Disappointed with color. Can't send back again- I sent back first time because I thought they sent the wrong color. Second pair same color. Ugly and not grey at all.
