Not as much support as I would have liked. Comfortable for brief periods of time will attempt the solid Version of the shoe for comparison

It Runs Oright went you try it; but after 2 Days it will get Wider then normal.

Very uncomfortable shoes. I wanted to like them and I loved the look. But, they rubbed the back of my foot so much I couldn't stand it. I returned them right away.

Bought these to wear for formal work events or weddings, and while they look great and are light, the heel area feels like a razor blade. Unbearable for me my heel blistered and bled on a night with minimal walking. My previous pair of Cole Hawn's were super comfy, not sure how these swing so far the other way.

Caused a blister on the back of my foot

Heel fabric is sharp and not comfortable when walking around. I returned because it was so bad.

Look great. Very uncomfortable. The zerogrands from several years ago are really comfortable, but the new ones really fall short.

It hurts my Achilles tendon but I'm still trying to make it work, it's beautiful and the sole is comfortable. I'm hoping my Achilles get used to it because so far it's really uncomfortable. I may need to return.

Not as comfortable as other shoes from Cole Haan Ive had.

Low quality had frays in fabric out the box

Love the shoes but they were cutting into my heel, unfortunately had to send them back

Breathable and light but no arch support and sole not cushioned (makes it uncomfortable to stand in for long periods of time)

The back of the heel rubs and hurts

As others have said, it's painful at the heel. However, I liked the style so much that I just decided to snip away as much of the leather heel tab as I could and that has made it tolerable to wear. I have no idea why they can't just soften the heel (like a sneaker) and make this a best-seller!?

Shoe doesn't fit properly and rubs against the ankle, making it bleed. It's the correct size as I've purchased multiple pairs of shoes here in the last

Not happy with the overall appearance of the Cole Hahn shoes. The picture and description appeared different.

Hurting to wear. Back of shoe does not have enough cushion.

Got very bad blisters on the back of both ankles. Need to break them in before using them on the first day.

The paint on the toes of each shoe chipped off within the first 5 times wearing them. They are nice looking shoes but they don't hold up like a good quality shoe does. I see now in reading the reviews that I'm not the only one to experience this, wish I would have read them beforehand.

I've had my pair for a good few months now. In my opinion, they are not worth the money. The leather is horrible- feels almost like plastic. After few months, they also started squeaking like crazy. Overall quality is poor.

Not cushioned enough for my feet.

Uncomfortable in the Achilles area when walking. I had redness on both feet my first day wearing them.
