I have many pairs of Cole Haan shoes which I'm delighted with. Their fit is true, very comfortable, and high quality. However, for some reason, this pair of ZERGRAND Wingtip Oxfords are very uncomfortable and blister the back on my heels. They appear to fit well, but the materials and design makes them chafe and rub. I love the style so hopefully they'll eventually wear in.

The shoe looks great from the outside, however: the insert is tearing up at the back while it had only light usage -- the yellow foam is now showing up in one spot. (Usually, the wear-n-tear of a shoe would be expected mostly outside than inside, this particular shoe was an exception).

Should have ordered a half size smaller. Shoe has been worn a few times and has stretched a little, making the extra length worse. Wish I could return them. Love the style, not the fit.

The shoes are great. However the shipping process was poor. It took much longer to arrive than expected and communication was next to non-existent.

Very good quality and comfortable

Very cool and nice looking but they are not made for walking or standing. These have some of the thinnest soles I've ever had on a pair of shoes. These do run about a size big and are pretty narrow.

Like the style and it is super cute for both cast and a little bit formal. But it runs a little bit narrower which may not be comfortable as the other Colehhan shoes experienced.

Not as comfortable as other CH shoes

I love Cole Haan shoes. The biggest problem is the sizes. Almost every style is sized different then the other. I have 8 pairs of Cole Hann. Four pairs of Zerogrand all the others I have in size 9 fit good. I ordered these in size 9 and they are too tight in width. Probably need size 91/2. As much as I love the shoes I will not order anymore online. Only when I am in store.

They are comfortable but not enough support as leather shoes.

Like the shoe. But it runs very small. Considering if I want to send it back or not.

Stylish, light shoe, good walking grip. The upper part of shoe, vanp above toes is not as comfortable as this shoes' leather counterparts unfortunately, that's what's holding this shoe back from being perfect.

If you don't have a narrow foot you may want to buy a shoe that has a wide size option. Only after a few hours I have to take them off. It's been over a month and have been hesitant to wear them a second time

Great looking shoe but I've only been able to wear it once because it runs really narrow and it's painful to wear. If I could wear it, I would rate it 5 stars.

This particular pair was ill-fitting. Same size as other 2.0zerOgrand Cole Haan shoes, but there was almost 1.5" of toe room. I would recommend ordering down a size for this pair. Will reach out to Cole Haan for a replacement.

Love it but runs absolutely huge!!!! Have bunch of Cole Haans in 9.5 and 10 so got 9.5 and it fits like maybe a size 10.5 or 11. Definitely go at least half a size down or more. But absolutely love the design and comfort!!

Very very tight in the footbed which is surprising because I own probably 15 pair of Coke Haan shoes in 8.5 and they all fit far better than these do.

Love the concept and they are better quality then most hybrid dress shoes. There are a little narrow and the sole could be improved and softer like a sneaker would be.

These shoes look sharp, but I bought them because I wanted something that was super comfortable while looking decent. I feel like they look a ton better than they feel. Since I've gotten these shoes, I've noticed significant pinching from the top of the shoe around where my toes start. I assumed the fabric would be super stretchy and have a lot of give to it, but this pinching is making me think otherwise. Hopefully they stretch out as I wear them.

Very stylish shoes. I LOVE them, except they hug the top of my foot. Not for people with narrow feet.

I like the stitchlite material in that it is very breathable. However, with it being stretchy and not having too much structure, unless you tie the shoes very tight the heel slips slightly. This causes your socks to feel a little bunched too.
