Structure of the back loop on the shoe caused blisters on my Achilles area

Great Shoes. But pictures are different from reality. Shoe is practically Pink. But hen I was not allowed to return because they were in special.

Well constructed attract show but medium 9.0 is narrow and I prefer 9.5.

I like that the shows are light and airy, not to mention they look great with business casual. What I don't like is where the strap/loop to pull them on is sewn in, it continues to give me blisters. I've had to resort to band aids every time I wear them

Beautiful shoes but regular width is way too small

Shoe runs about 1/2 size large. Stiff pull tab on heel caused blister on back of my heel. I cannot wear them.

The shoes were described as being opiic white, beige however they looked closer in color to pink.

The shoes look good and are generally comfortable. But, this is the second pair of CH that have completely cut up my ankles. Made the mistake of wearing these on a long walking commute day and bled through my socks. The leather pull on the back is too stiff and poorly sewn on.

Nice shoes, the heels are super rigid at first and give aggressive blisters. After a couple days they get comfy.

The shoe is a little too tight, yet somehow also too long. Not sure who made this choice, but they should rethink it. Shoe looks good and it's still wearable. I'd try on before buying if you get the chance.

The tongues on these shoes are irritating as can be. Unlike the other couple pairs that I have, these were very uncomfortable.

A good looking shoe. I have a wide foot so thought getting a half size larger in a medium would work since they didn't offer this shoe at the advertised price in a wide.. They do look good but still are too tight across. I'll either have to stretch them or cut a hole over my sticking out part.

Good looking shoe, very light and comfortable except the heel cap. Its top border does not have any cushioning and given its knit construction it will start causing irritation on the back of your heels due to friction. Thinking of returning it.

Runs big and isn't comfortable

This version of Grandzero seems to be stiffer and soles are a lot more firm than before

The right shoe feels great but the left is not adjusting. Very surprising as I never had that issue with any of my prior purchases.

Somehow I don't like these as much as I thought I would. They are nice and light. They seem the proper length, but they seem too roomy in the foot for me. I probably won't bother to send them back. Time will tell. They seem like a pair that won't get much use and will end up in a thrift store. My feet are narrow, but not extremely so.

Beautiful shoes, very light and versatile but the leather on the upper back of the shoes hubs against the skin and created a bad blister on my bf's. Such a shame !

I like the comfort and the way it looks. However, maybe it's a manufacture issue, without proper socks, it scraps my hill which bothers me a lot. My other Cole Haan shoes don't do such thing.

They look great, and are made very well. However, you have to like pain for the first couple of days. The back part of the shoe rubs aginst back of your foot causing blisters, some of my coworkers have the same shoes and they experience the same blisters.

Great looks but lacks ankle support, I've worn them a couple of times and already can tell they won't work for me since I'm on my feet about 6 hours a day for work, so unfortunate, I'd wish I got the Original Grand instead.

Comfortable shoe, have them in blue and black color was lighter brown than the picture.

I read these shoes had a small /tight upper and it is correct. I had to buy a shoe stretcher to open the toe box. I also bought the laser wingtip Oxford and those for great however. My recommendation is to buy a wide

I had to return them. The shoes looked awesome, but they did not fit me. Please make them in "wide" so I can reorder them. 11.5, please!

Shoes are generally good, but comfortability factor brings this review down. They are comfortable in all respects except one - the little tab at the back of the heel rubs against your heel and causes chafing and pain when walking.
