They're comfortable from Day 1, I wish I got a half size smaller, my another pair of Timberland boots fit me better, so I got the same size but these feel a bit longer in length but a bit narrower. Nice distressed look. I love that they are tall and really hit knees making my legs longer and the calves are extra wide with erastic give some rooms for comfort while not looking chunky. The leather is soft and no metal to bother when crossing legs. Minimal and stylish. Much better in person than video. Overall great purchase. I might get another pair.

I loved this boot but had to return it because at 5'2" the boot kept hitting the back of my knee cap which was a huge problem for me. If they ever shorten the height even 1/4" I would buy them again.... They even get around the issue of buckling around the ankle because the style is a buckled look. Too bad because they were comfortable and stylish...just too tall for my short legs!

I LOVE THIS BOOT!! I was already a huge fan of Timberland boots (I own another pair in a different color and style) and the purchase of this second pair only confirmed how much I love their products. COMFORTABLE, sturdy, waterproof and fashionable, I plan to do everything in these boots. I purchased 2 other pairs- similar style but different brands- and they did not fit properly around the calf (my calves are 16 1/4"). I love that there is plenty of room in the calf area and had no problem wearing jeans inside the boot. The full length zipper on the inner leg makes it so easy to get on and off. I've had my other Timberlands for years now and I'm excited to have these Sutherland Bay boots for a long time. Worth every penny!

I bought this boot for my granddaughter. She said they fit perfectly! And they just looked so stylish on her. We were both very pleased with this purchase.

I love these boots. I ordered my normal size (7.5) and they fit perfectly. I love the hight of the boot. They come up right below my knee and I’m 5’4”. The calf area is a little big, there’s about an inch gap, but that’s okay with me. I love the slouchiness of this boot. The material is high quality. The heel of the boot is the perfect hight, too. I’ll probably order the gray and brown eventually because I love them so much. I did have Zappos send me a replacement pair because when I received them they weren’t in the original Timberland box, weren’t zipped up, had no tags or paper stuffing, had dirty soles, and I could definitely tell that they were someone else’s returned boots. And at this price I wanted a pair of brand new boots, not someone’s returned shoes! So Zappos did send me a pair of brand new boots, same size and color, the new pair arrived the next day and I couldn’t be happier!!

I was prepared to love this boot! I have a handful of Timberland boots in varying stages of well-loved, all 9.5, and all comfortable and durable as hell. Sadly, this will not be joining their number-- I found the toes pinched. The toe box is definitely shorter than the previous styles I've had. Otherwise it was good, stylish and well made as usual. For the price, I'm not going to try and stretch the leather to fit, so I will just send them back to find a good home with someone who doesn't have long alien toes!

These boots are the best I've purchased in a long time! They provide ankle support that I didn't even know I needed!! The fit is perfect also... my calves are kinda wide and the wee bit of elastic in the upper calf of the boot makes these a perfect fit! The heel is the perfect height. The leather is of high quality. I could not be happier!

I could go on forever about Timberland shoes. My last pair was purchased 7 years ago (earthkeepers... please bring them back). I've worn them all winter long... EVERY.YEAR.SINCE!! Hands down the best shoe I've ever owned.... comfort, style, and great for my back!! Dude.... I ran a 5k in them once!! Anyways... It was time for a black pair even though my brown pair are still in PERFECT condition.... I was so sad that the Earthkeepers are no longer made, so I tried these! Just as AWESOME!! Great look, support, and comfort. The only "issue" I'd say (and it's not mine) is that if you're a tiny woman like me (5 feet), these my ride a bit over the knee hitting the back of your thigh. Doesn't bother me in the least.... but it may some. Arrived immediately packaged perfectly! LOVE THEM!!!!

As a 5'10 woman, I have a hard time finding knee-high boots that get anywhere near the top of my knee. They usually end up hitting mid-calf at best. These are perfect! They hit just below my knee cap. They also have just a little bit of stretch near the top on the inside of the boot, which makes it easier to tuck in jeans and pant legs. They're also extremely comfortable to walk in. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and so far I haven't had any pain in these.

These boots were comfortable right out of the box, and they seem to have good tread on the sole. They look great.I can imagine wearing them with a skirt and they fit easily over jeans. Very versatile, can be dressed up or down. Very happy!

Love the look of these boots. I'm about 5 ft 5 inches and they hit just below my knee which is perfect. The gray suede is a beautiful shade and they are soft out of the box so shouldn't require a lot of breaking in. Pricey but worth it - I've been looking for gray boots for a while.

Fit was true to size, and the calf width was perfect with straight legged jeans. My calves are 15"

Theses boots are luxurious and sturdy with a grippy sole. They hit right below the knee (I'm 5"8") and are pretty snug all around, just letting me zip up over jeans. I think I should have gone up a half size to accommodate thick socks, but I live in SoCal so thin socks will do. They are a good hybrid for dressing up or down. I'm sure I'll get a lot of use out of this classic silhouette.

This is one of my best purchases like literally. I love the perfect amalgamation of comfort and style. I wore it all day long and the shoes were so comfortable.
