I ordered these and the Merrell Encore Q2 Ice to compare them. I kept these and sent the others back. This plush lining seems sturdier (it isn’t shedding) and the leather seems easier to clean. Very comfortable but I wish they didn’t have the plush on the exterior as it makes them look more like slippers then shoes.

These have a back that is a little lower than the other Encores, so they tend to slip a bit. I have narrow foot and need the fluff inside to keep then on. As an aside, I always spray the water proofing on them, it doesn't make then waterproof, but it does make them more water resistant. I have about 6 pairs of Merrills and one them. They are warm enough for California Winters. I had to get these because my Nutmeg colored ones in the old style are no longer made.

These shoes are so cute and very comfortable but seem to run a little small. I'm going to exchange for a larger size.

I ordered 2 of these in different colors. Both in a Women's 10.5 The black one was too small, shorter in the toe area. THe tan one fit perfect but not for Wisconsin winters as the lining that went around the cuff was in beige.

This shoe fit a half size smaller than Merrell shoes purchased in the past. Looks like a well built shoe.

I’ve purchased similar Merrells in the past but these seem of a lower quality. The upper is not suede and the lining is not as plush as former ones I’ve owned. Very disappointed.

I love the look of these and thought they would be as comfortable as they look but did not find that to be the case. I own several pair of Merrell shoes, all the same size so ordered these in the same size and discovered they were at least one half size too small so returned them and ordered the next size up. The shoe is stiff and my heel slips off when walking so I am hoping that as I break them in, that will stop. Cute but not comfortable for me.

Liked the style, thought I'd try as Merrell was one of my favorites. Usually take a 10 but thought my 10's felt a little loose. Well, tried these in a 9.5, 10 and 10.5 and no luck. I even ordered other Merrell's I already own in three sizes and no luck. Not sure what's going on with Merrell. Sadly they are going back.

I normally buy a size 10 in Merrell but lately my size 10's have felt loose. I order these in a 9.5 M and they were too small, I then ordered a size 10 and they were still too small. They actually felt the same as the 9.5 which I don't understand. Too bad, they need to go back, not willing to try another size.

The fit was great but the shoes looked a little scuffed. Maybe someone else had returned them. They did have a slight smell. But I will probably just keep them.
