Very stiff material so that the bootie dug into my ankles. Had to return

I wanted to like these. They look great and the fur around the ankle would be perfect for my winter walks. I ordered a half size larger to accommodate socks. at 8 1/2 without socks I needed a shoe horn to put on. I walked around the house and shoes seemed ok. But With socks, an impossible fit. Sadly I'm returning.

I could not get my normal size 9 on. Returned and tried 9.5. Barely got them on and they were still very tight. I tried to wear them around the house for a bit but they were so uncomfortable that I could not keep them on. Unfortunately had to return. .

Super cute shoes! Unfortunately, they felt narrow across the front of the footbed, so they had to go back. :(

True to size. Super cute shoe, but could not wear it due to the design flaw of heels...very hard/rigid. Caused painful blisters after walking only a short distance

If you have boat paddles for feet, you will love these shoes. They are very long and narrow (and I have somewhat narrow feet). I ordered my normal size, but I looked like a clown in them due to their excess length, AND they squeezed my feet on the sides and top. They did have good cushioning and were cozy, though, so for those of you will long and VERY narrow feet, go for it - they are very cute if they fit you. Oh, and the birch suede color is actually IVORY.

I love the look of these, but unfortunately they gave me nasty blisters. I can’t return them as i’ve worn them, disappointed with these. Usually I love Toms for comfort, but these ones don’t work for me...

Disappointed, as they are so stylish! Definitely ran smaller in size, but more importantly they were incredibly narrow! Off to try another brand.

One shoe fit great and the other one felt and looked about .5-1 size smaller than the other. I returned this item but would purchase again if both shoes were the same size.

I bought these because I wanted a winter-safe, easy to slip on shoe. There is no time-saving in getting these on. They're super tight at the top of the foot and do not stretch. In my naivete, I ended up ordering these twice. The first time I got the blue ones, which were way darker than the picture shows. Next I got the "dark blush" which is so much different than the picture. It's pink and the soles of the shoes show as two different colors.

Sizing was so off I couldn’t even try them on.

Where is my return credit?? This was returned weeks ago.

I wore these one time and they put the biggest blisters on my heels. I didn't even walk much in the shoes. Will not be buying Tom's again.
