I was so happy to see a slip on again My oldies made of suede and mesh were my favs for years. Sadly these shoes were disappointing. They are oversized both in length &width.All my NB shoes are 91/2 wide and fit fine. The foam offers little support. The heel cup is shallow and the sole is flimsy. Hopefully a mesh and suede will be introduced soon.

I ordered 2 pairs, 1 for me and one for my boyfriend. They very large and wide . They appear cheap also considering the price. I suggest trying in a store before ordering. They are going back. Wished they had worked.

I purchased standard width but I found them very loose and unsupported, though the sole was very sturdy and supportive. I ended up returning them.

Very poor, would not buy on line ever aagain. beware.

This shoe has no arch & my orthotic does not fit. Also, I called to find out about returning this product after I went to the post office to mail them back & after standing in line for over 20 mins., was told I had to send the shoes via United Parcel Service. I called your customer service #, waited 18 mins. for someone to answer. She told me she could give me the # for UPS so I could schedule a pick up. So, I call UPS & guess what, it would cost me over $7.00 to have the package picked up. Your employees who work in customer service need to tell customers that it will cost to have UPS pick up packages. It takes me over 25 mins to go to the UPS office where UPS said was the only place the package can be returned. I will NEVER SHOP at New Balance again, especially online. I will also discourage everyone I know from shopping at New Balance

I hoped this would be a replacement for a similar but very old Slip On but it was very uncomfortable.

I ordered my regular size and they were too large. Tried to order a smaller size and was told this shoe was discontinued. This is the second time they discontinued shoes that I liked.

Not happy with new balance customer service overall..........They have repeatedly ignored me and when someone got back to me.......they did not follow up with my request and concerns,,,,,,

My toe went through the top of the upper in a few weeks, other than that the shoe was great. They need to improve the quality of the material

This whole experience has been very disappointing. You keep asking me how I like my product well I would tell you if I ever got it. You keep saying it shipped and keep backing up the date. I'm very disappointed. Laura

I love my New Balance tie sneakers that wear in the summer.I decided to buy the slip on version.Although easy to get on,they were much too long.What a shame!

Did not work for my thin feet. This was the medium width. Had to return

We returned this produce because my wifes fot hit the toe of the shoe on both feet and she slipped. We have other models of New balance that are excellent.This style is not.

good fit at first, now them seemed to have stretched and have to wear them with socks. now they are worn and cannot return for narrower width. just HOPE they don't stretch anymore!

I would buy New Balance more often except that you have so few choices in AA. Starting in high school (1960's) I wore AAAA. You can imagine how "narrow" my choices have been.

I have been buying New Balance shoes for years and have always been happy with them. This time I am extremely disappointed. They run very large. When the left shoe kept sliding off I took a good look and the back of that shoe is lower than on the right. Previous experience made me confident so I did not keep the box or packing slip so I now have a pair of shoes that look good but are not wearable.
