These shorts follow the history of Columbia greatness!! I have worn ROC shorts so long I cannot remember not wearing them. These are of the quality I expect from Columbia!! Highly recommend!

Excellent fit and durability.

I had to return the size my husband always wears in Columbia and get the next size down. They were hilariously big. Worth the return shipping as he loves these shorts. He likes the deep pockets and stretchy fabric. They are perfect for the trail or every day casual wear.

Very pleased with these shorts for climbing, the material is very durable so that it won't tear against the rocks, yet is flexible enough to get a high foot on a piece without being worried about tearing your short.

The products that I have purchased are very good and high quality, from shorts,shirts to shoes. I recommend these products to alot of my friends.

I have always liked Columbia products and these shorts are just what I needed. I only wish that the side cellphone pocket was a bit larger. The bottom of the phone fits in the pocket but only about 2/3s of it goes inside, the balance sticks out. Love them just the same.

Very comfortable short. Lots of pockets. The elastane added to the fabric allows for more movement although it takes a few washing to blend in with the cotton. Wished Columbia made the short in an 9" inseam as 10" is a bit to long and 8" is a bit to short. Shorts will handle the riggers of yard work as well as the roughness of the trail.

Fits great, well-made, Quality seems excellent, material feels soft and great on skin. whole product is top notch, another super product by Columbia, for the price this is a bargain. Truly recommended.

These shorts are true to size. They have a soft feel to them and are very comfortable. Most comfortable shorts I have owned to date. They have stretch in them and very deeep pockets. I can fit my phone in one pocket and wallet with keys in the other and have room left.

Good looking, comfy, practical and long lasting... I have a pair that are 12 yrs old!

I have purchased several dozens shorts because of value, wear, and fit. These are by far the best fitting. They also have more movement and comfort than the original ROC shorts.

Great pair of shorts. Good light weight material and a nice full, loose cut. Shorts even have a pocket on leg that can be used as a cell phone pocket.

For years, my everyday, go-to shorts were Columbia. The 100% cotten, cargos were my staple. When they finally left the catalog, I left Columbia. For the next few years, I tried shorts from all the major outdoor companies. None of them really fit my older, heavier body. They were all uncomfortable at best. When I saw these Ultimate Roc Flex Shorts on sale, I decided to take a chance. What a great surprise! They fit! They stretch! They look great! They are super comfortable! I bought more!!!

If you've had a Columbia pair of shorts you know they're the best. This is true for this particular pair as well

These are a very nice pair of shorts, a little throw back to the old carpenter pants of the 90s, but overall a great pair of comfortable shorts.

The spandex is a great touch. Very comfortable for my husband.

I bought these shorts before and liked them so much I bought a second pair. The comfort and stretch feature is perfect for movement while still maintaining a quality appearance!

I had owned 6 Ultimate Roc shorts (11") and bought the Ultimate Roc Flex (10") shorts. They are more comfortable because of the flex waistband, especially sitting down. I bought 3 more pairs today. (The secure zipper pocket is smaller and I liked the bigger one on the Ultimate Roc shorts.) Great shorts!
